Your mission

To carry out fund administration duties for Swiss-based and Offshore Pictet Asset Management investment funds, as well as overseeing activities that have been delegated to service providers in Geneva. Collaborate with, external auditors and the rest of the Fund Administration team while also ensuring that the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to investment funds in Switzerland and Cayman Islands are complied with.

We are seeking for a 6 months fixed-term contract.

Your role

• Supervising the NAV calculation.

• Ensuring accuracy of accounting operations booked in the funds.

• Coordinating half-yearly and annual closings; and overseeing the preparation of the financial reports as well as the yearly audit of the funds.

• Checking fund-related regulatory announcements and reporting.

• Participating in projects and initiatives related to the funds, contributing her/his accounting and fund administration expertise to the project teams.

• Resolving issues and providing support to the Sales group and clients.

• Monitoring internal procedures and controls and proactively propose enhancements.

Your profile

• University degree in Finance or an equivalent educational background.

• Post-graduate degree such as a CFPI or CFA would be a plus.

• Min 2 years’ experience in audit or fund accounting.

• Strong knowledge of accounting practices, financial markets, and investment management industry standards.

• Skilled user of Office applications; AI tool would be a plus.

• Excellent command of French and English.

• Excellent work ethic and client service attitude.

Your team

Your role

Your mission will focus on four main areas:

• Strategy – Assisting business leaders to build a vision and define the path to reach their target. Translating business strategy into actionable IT recommendations.

Your responsibilities
Are you a passionate developer who enjoys solving complex problems and working with modern technologies? Join us in developing software and firmware for the real-time data processing system of the Compact Muon Solenoid (CMS) experiment at the LHC.
We are upgrading the CMS level-1 (L1) trigger system—built on custom FPGA logic—to handle the high data rates expected in the upcoming High-Luminosity LHC phase. As part of this effort, we’re developing a novel L1 Data Scouting system to analyze all events using coarse L1 information. You will help design and operate a demonstrator system to explore its technical feasibility and physics potential. This work is part of the NextGen Triggers project, a multi-year collaboration focused on applying AI and high-performance computing to trigger and data processing in LHC experiments.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop software and firmware for data acquisition and real-time processing in the L1 Data Scouting demonstrator system.
• Support and contribute to the implementation of prototype physics analyses on the demonstrator system.
• Design and develop new scouting physics analysis prototypes to enhance the CMS experiment’s physics program.
• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for project students.
• Collaborate closely with members of the CMS L1 trigger and data scouting groups at CERN.
• Present project work and results at CERN-hosted and international conferences and workshops.

Your profile
Skills
• Experience with software development (C++, python, linux, git) is desidered.
• Experience of data analysis in the high energy physics domain would be beneficial.
• Experience with FPGA firmware development and familiarity with trigger / data acquisition systems and their hardware, e.g. high speed optical links, would be beneficial.
• Experience with the following specific software would be beneficial: Vivado Design Suite, Vivado/Vitis High Level Synthesis (HLS), Intel oneAPI /TBB, CUDA/Alpaka, ROOT, gitlab and continuous integration processes.
• Basic knowledge of machine learning techniques and tools would be a plus.
• Strong team collaboration skills and effective communication of work, including in presentations.
• Spoken and written English, with a commitment to learn French.

YOUR MISSION :
• Performance and follow-up of dedicated sanctions compliance investigations, reviews and risk assessments;
• Evaluation of investments securities, funds or other, presenting direct or indirect links with countries under sanction;
• Advising the business on onboarding acceptance for prospective clients, establishment of the conditions and restrictions to be applied and related procedures. Analysis to be provided to COR Team/ CLM team for new onboarding cases with a sanctions exposure – inclusion of Sanctions assessment in the Due Dilligence Committee’s submissions;
• Assess the implementation of blocking and restrictive controls on client accounts, assets, and transactions as well as on securities and any further risk mitigation measure;
• Daily and ongoing advice and support the Bank’s management and staff with respect to sanctions compliance;
• Assisting in the requests and reporting from /of sanctions regulatory competent authorities (OFAC, OFSI, SECO) on sanctions issues;
• Support in the handling of sanction questionnaires received by our counterparties;
• Identify possible new countries/parties/securities under sanctions based on a dedicated regulatory watch;
• Maintain the Sanctions Directive and the related Group Guidelines and the communication of any changes thereto;

YOUR PROFILE:
• 3-6 years of experience in the banking sector within a Compliance, Sanctions, Financial Crime, Legal, Audit or similar function;
• A university degree in Law/Economics or comparable studies or equivalent in working experience in the financial industry sector;
• General understanding of Swiss, EU, US, UN and UK sanctions framework;
• Independent working approach, combined with the ability to identify relevant compliance considerations in any given situation;

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Group Financial Planning team as a Data and Process Automation Intern/Officer. The primary focus of this role will be to support the automation, streamlining, and reporting of financial data and loadings in our reporting systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a curiosity for data, a strong aptitude for numbers, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Your role

•    Collaborate with the team to identify areas for data and process automation, streamline reporting processes, and improve efficiency.
•    Develop and implement automation solutions for financial data loading and reporting in our reporting systems.
•    Create and maintain workflows in Alteryx to automate repetitive tasks and data manipulation.
•    Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.

Your profile

•    Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, or a related field.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
•    Knowledge of Alteryx is a strong asset, programming skills in Python or VBA is a plus.
•    Interest in finance, financial planning, and analysis.
•    Prior experience in process automation or data manipulation is highly desirable.
•    Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nous recherchons, un/une Client Relationship Officer (CRO) pour rejoindre le service Marché – Europe International – Core Operations de notre département Développement commercial. Vous aurez pour mission de gérer tous les aspects administratifs et opérationnels des activités bancaires quotidiennes, ainsi que de veiller à l’excellence opérationnelle des unités du front, afin d’assurer une expérience client de premier ordre.

Your role

• Etre l’interlocuteur/trice de référence pour toutes les demandes de nature opérationnelle émanant des gérants et des clients.

• Traiter les opérations de paiement et de transfert, en veillant à ce que les appels de vérification (call-back) soient effectués de manière systématique, et fournir un soutien pour les autres types de transactions, selon les besoins

• Traiter les demandes (codifications clients internes, cartes de crédit, limites de crédit, conditions spéciales, etc.) saisies dans les workflows correspondants et veiller à ce que les documents importants (mémos, ordres, instructions, etc.) soient bien enregistrés dans les systèmes concernés.

• Faciliter chacune des étapes du processus d’ouverture de compte en faisant attention aux prescriptions réglementaires locales et à leur incidence sur les exigences documentaires.

• Assurer un suivi rigoureux de la documentation (suspens, documents demandés par le Middle Office, listes de points à traiter émises par le département Risk & Compliance) et, dans ce cadre, contacter les clients internes.

• Gérer le flux documentaire (archivage, traitement des formulaires physiques et électroniques).

• Travailler en étroite coordination avec le Business Risk Manager de la zone de marché concernée pour toutes les questions liées à la gestion des risques et à la compliance.

• Bien connaître les principaux partenaires internes (fichier central, équipes du Middle Office, fonctions Risk & Control, etc.). Etablir avec eux d’étroites relations et être pour eux l’interlocuteur/trice de référence au sein de l’équipe concernée.

• Veiller à ce que la prise des appels téléphoniques soit assurée au sein de l’équipe et fournir un soutien pour les tâches administratives.

• Appliquer les politiques et directives en vigueur et accompagner la mise en œuvre de nouvelles règles.

Your profile

• Bachelor ou diplôme équivalent.

• Expérience de 5 ans dans les opérations bancaires et dans la gestion des relations avec des clients privés et de soutien à des gérants.

• Très bonne connaissance des dispositifs et prescriptions réglementaires (activités transfrontalières, gestion des risques et compliance, personnes politiquement exposées/PEP, relations à risques accrus, FATCA, Norme commune de déclaration de l’OCDE, etc.).

• Grande aisance à communiquer, aussi bien à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, et maîtrise des techniques de présentation.

• Sens développé des responsabilités, résistance au stress et capacité à mener plusieurs tâches de front.

• Sens du service à la clientèle.

• Discrétion et respect de la confidentialité.

• Solide esprit d’équipe.

• Fiabilité dans les contrôles; sens de l’initiative et volonté de trouver des solutions.

You will be joining the Group Legal Technology and Privacy Team, a dynamic unit responsible for technological innovation, Gen AI, digitalisation and data protection across the Pictet Group. You will report to the Head of Group Legal Technology and Privacy in Geneva and advise the Group and Swiss organisations on processing the personal data of staff, clients, providers or any other individuals in compliance with applicable data protection rules. You will also provide support and expertise in the artificial intelligence regulatory framework.

Your role

Provide advice and recommendations on data protection and artificial intelligence (AI) to internal teams looking to roll out new products and services.

Work with Information Security, Technology & Operation teams, project managers and on business on data protection and AI related projects.

Ensure data protection and AI regulation compliance in projects and initiatives, working closely with relevant stakeholders to perform impact assessments (e.g. DPIA, TIA, etc).

Review data processing agreements (DPAs), other contracts, disclaimers and information notices related to data protection or AI.

Provide legal counsel and advice to Swiss organisations on personal data breaches and data subject requests. This includes notifying or responding to the relevant authorities or data subject as necessary.

Play a part in Group data protection governance, working closely with the Group DPO and other DPOs within the Group, as well as relevant stakeholders.

Your profile

University degree in Swiss Law, Swiss bar exam would be a plus.

Excellent knowledge of data protection regulations (Swiss and EU); knowledge of artificial intelligence and financial regulations would be a plus.

At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within the financial industry.

Excellent command of French and English; fluent in German would be a plus.

Rigorous and results-oriented.

Pragmatic, synthetic communication and good organisation skills.

Good teamwork and collaboration.
