Marketing & Communication Coordinator (GER/ENG/FR)

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support :

• Develop and localize sales materials, brochures, presentations, and digital content tailored to Swiss market needs.

• Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns in collaboration with the Sales team.

• Maintain marketing collateral inventory and manage local adaptations.

• Track marketing expenses and provide general marketing administrative support.

Healthcare Professional Engagement:

• Organize and support educational events, workshops, webinars, and congresses targeting HCPs.

• Collaborate with medical affairs to ensure accuracy and compliance in communication.

• Support KOL (Key Opinion Leader) relationship activities and speaker programs.

Communication & Content Coordination :

• Ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints (print, digital, social media, events).

• Support internal communications related to product launches and commercial updates.

• Create and adapt content for newsletters, digital campaigns, and press releases.

• Liaise with agencies and vendors for content creation, translation, and production.

Digital Marketing:

• Execute and optimize local digital campaigns across channels, including email marketing, website updates, and social media.

• Coordinate e-commerce/e-shop updates and related digital activities.

• Track KPIs and assist in generating reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.

• Contribute to multichannel marketing and omnichannel campaign execution to ensure consistent customer experience across touchpoints.

Compliance and Documentation :

• Ensure all materials and activities meet local regulatory and compliance standards.

• Manage documentation, approvals, and archiving of marketing materials.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of marketing and/or communication experience in the medical devices, pharma, or healthcare industry.

• Experience working closely with Sales and understanding of HCP engagement dynamics.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix and cross-functional environment.

• Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, with good proficiency in English and French.

• Familiarity with compliance regulations (e.g., MedTech Europe, local HCP codes).

• Proficiency in digital design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) and email/CRM platforms is a plus. Lire la suite

The School of Mathematics of the University of Geneva is inviting applications for a position of Assistant (tenure track) or Associate Professor (PAST-PAS) in mathematics, with a preference for subjects related to analysis and probability. Excellent candidates in other areas of mathematics will also be considered.

The advertised position is full time, tenured for Associate Professor and tenure track for Assistant Professor. The position involves teaching at the Bachelor, Master and post-graduate level, supervising Master and PhD theses, developing research at the highest international level, securing external funding and taking up administrative and organizational duties in the School.

The successful candidate should be able to develop a broad and independent line of research on topics of interest of the School of Mathematics. She/He is expected to contribute to the excellent international scientific reputation of the University of Geneva

Requirements

• PhD in sciences or equivalent degree.

• Publications in top international mathematics journals.

Why we are recruiting

The Global Regulatory Innovation Platform (GRIP) is a new initiative launched by the World Economic Forum which is designed to support the evolution of regulatory systems that are more adaptive, inclusive, and fit for purpose in a rapidly changing world. Through this initiative, we aim to better understand the impact of regulation, share practical tools and approaches, and facilitate global collaboration on regulatory innovation.
To deliver this vision, the Forum is recruiting a Lead to drive project execution, strategic partner engagement, and community development for GRIP. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to shaping the future of regulation by connecting forward-thinking stakeholders and supporting practical solutions for more effective governance.

Reporting lines & interactions

The Lead, Global Regulatory Innovation Platform, will be responsible for building and managing the GRIP, including the development of the knowledge products, growing the community and overseeing the knowledge platform. The position reports to the Head of Digital Inclusion. The successful candidate will work internally across multiple Centres and teams, and externally with regulators, CLOs, government leaders, business executives, experts and practitioners from across industries and sectors.
Breakdown of main responsibilities

Project Leadership and Delivery


Oversee the day-to-day project management and operationalization of GRIP, ensuring alignment with key milestones and deliverables.


Lead coordination across the five GRIP workstreams, including the Global Regulatory Playbook, Future-Readiness Index, Intelligence Hub, capacity-building efforts, and innovation dialogues.


Manage and monitor timelines, budgets, and performance indicators in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Partnership and Stakeholder Engagement


Build a robust and engaged multistakeholder community who make up core pillars of the regulatory ecosystem


Cultivate and manage relationships with senior leaders from regulatory agencies, international organizations, governments, and partner companies.


Organize and facilitate working groups, roundtables, and high-level dialogues.


Build synergies with relevant Forum communities including Chief Legal Officers, Chief Compliance Officers, and C4IR Centres.

Content and Knowledge Curation


Keep abreast of key developments in the area of regulation and identify strategic opportunities to inform solutions at global, national and community levels.


Oversee the development of reports, case studies, knowledge products, and communications related to GRIP activities.


Coordinate with content specialists and project fellows to ensure high-quality outputs aligned with the initiative’s objectives.


Contribute to the visibility of GRIP through blogs, media engagement, and thought leadership.

Preferred requirements and experience


7–10+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, government relations, law, public policy, or a related field.


Proven track record in managing complex multi-stakeholder projects or platforms at the global or regional level.


Master’s or law degree


Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.


Strong project management skills and attention to detail.


Demonstrated ability to work across different cultures and with senior executives and leaders from private and public sectors


Excellent verbal and written language skills in English, verbal proficiency in other languages is an asset


Ability to work in a dynamic and flexible organizational structure


Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.

DESIGN of Supporting COMPONENTS for XTAX, VXSS (T4) and other beam line equipment in TDC2 and TCC2
In close collaboration with experts at CERN, you will:

• Develop comprehensive and precise engineering models utilising advanced CAD software.

• Conduct structural analyses of beamline equipment and associated lifting equipment, using Finite Element Method (FEM) simulations.

• Design mechanical supports to comply with TDC2 & TCC2 alignment and RP requirements, together with the appropriate tooling required.

• Participating in the reconfiguration studies for raising the H6/H8 beamlines and shifting the P42 line, and renovation/ redesign of all supports in TCC2.

• Oversee the detailed design and document the qualification and acceptance testing of prototypes.

• Very good knowledge and experience of CAD tools, preferably CATIA.

The Research Fellowship Programme is aimed at PhD holders in the fields of experimental physics which have up to 6 years’ experience after obtaining their PhD degree. Research Fellowships are intended for PhD graduates looking to work in a research group.

Job Description
Your responsibilities
The Radiation Protection ( RP ) Group of the Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Protection ( HSE ) Unit ensures that personnel on the CERN sites and the public are protected from potentially harmful effects of ionizing radiation linked to CERN activities. The duties of CERN’s Radiation Protection Group include the assessment of radiation hazards from operating accelerators and experiments, the definition of protective measures as well as the legally required monitoring of the exposure of radiation workers and public to ionising radiation.
You will join the HSE-RP-AS (Accelerator & Site) section who is in charge of all radiation protection aspects related to the design and operation of accelerators and experimental areas at CERN. This role would primarily be based at the Prévessin Site .
Your operational responsibilities will include:

• Support the team activities by performing radiation survey measurements.

• Take part in the ALARA preparation and follow-up of activities in Radiation Areas.

• Conduct measurements and radiation protection follow-up in preparation and during the Long-Shutdown 3.

Job Description
Your responsibilities
Join the ATLAS Central Detector Control System (DCS) team to help develop robust online control and monitoring software for one of the world’s most advanced scientific experiments.
You will work with hardware and sub-detector teams to integrate diverse technologies into a cohesive “slow control” infrastructure and contribute to major HL-LHC upgrade efforts. You will also participate in commissioning new underground installations, ensure operational continuity through on-call duties, and support ATLAS and HL-LHC runs.
Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain OPC UA servers and SCADA control software for online data exchange.

• Integrate communication protocols (CAN, SPI, I²C, Modbus) into a unified control framework.

• Optimise C++ software on Linux using DevOps tools (Git, CMake, CI/CD).

• Support system commissioning, troubleshooting, and on-call operations for ATLAS and HL-LHC upgrades.

Your profile
Skills:

• Strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++11 and later), with solid understanding of memory management, concurrency, and design patterns.

• Proven experience developing, debugging, and optimising distributed or “online” control software on Linux.

• Familiarity with common C++ development tools and workflows, including Git, CMake, and continuous integration.

• Basic understanding of hardware-software integration in industrial or scientific environments.

• Practical knowledge of OPC UA SDKs and SCADA platforms (WinCC OA preferred) would be an asset.
