DEINE AUFGABEN

• Selbständige radiologische Diagnostik ambulanter und stationärer Patientinnen und Patienten

• Kontaktpflege mit den zuweisenden Ärzten

• Wochenend-Tagdienst, Nachtdienste nur Hintergrunddienst, diese werden abgedeckt durch Teleradiologie

DEIN PROFIL

• Facharzttitel für Radiologie (FMH oder EU-anerkannt)

• Fundierte Erfahrung in konventioneller Radiologie, Sonografie, Schnittbilddiagnostik (CT/ MR), Mammografie Erfahrung von Vorteil

• Interesse an moderner, patientenorientierter Diagnostik in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld

• Selbständige, verantwortungsbewusste und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Freude an Teamarbeit und kollegialem Austausch

• Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung der eigenen Fähigkeiten

• Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Flexibilität

• Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und idealerweise Kenntnisse in Französisch

• Doppelfacharzt Nuklearmedizin ist ein Vorteil aber nicht erforderlich

The Job
Your Main Mission
Supporting the project leaders on retail construction projects and activities throughout all building phases, from concept to handover.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure and follow up construction administrative documents e.g. cost controls, contracts, insurances and time schedules, such as handle building permits and approvals.

• Review designs, permits, construction drawings and documents.

• Assist on construction / close out, punch list and coordinate the handover to retail operations.

• Consolidate the integration of the brand internal IT & security specifications and standards.

• Follow up of owner vendor supplies from concepts, developments, orders, manufacturing and deliveries.

• Follow up maintenance and renovation works from the boutiques.

• Administrate retail brand construction guidelines, samples and materials.

• Be the contact point with external architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and local Swatch Group PM team.

• Oversee, plan and coordinate wholesale and shop-in-shop installations.

Your Profile

• Degree in Architecture / Interior Architecture with technician background.

• Degree in Architectural draftsman interior or building construction.

• Assertiveness, negotiating skills, cost awareness.

• Team player, ability to work under pressure, flexibility.

• Well-founded PC user skills (MS Office programs / MS Project / CAD).

• Mobility / willingness to travel (domestic and abroad).

Professional Requirements

• Knowledge of construction project management and process flow.

• Experience in luxury retail- shop fitting and constructions is a plus.

Languages

• German and English (mandatory)

• French is a plus

THE JOB

• Supervision of the entry control for watches and watch components

• Support the control of watches and watch components

• Functional control/analysis of components and watches

• Organization and approval of Reference Pieces

• Decision taking on accepting or rejecting inspection lots

• Creation of non-conformity reports for suppliers, follow-up of corrective actions

• Coordination of various quality-related projects and process optimization

• Preparation and management of quality statistics

• Ensuring technical support and quality standards with our partners and suppliers

• Support product development team in quality-related matters

Management of brand and design portfolios of Swatch Group companies, including:

• Advising Group companies on the protection of their brands and design at both national and international level

• Conducting availability searches for trademarks and monitoring newly registered trademarks and designs

• Filing, renewing, and analyzing brand and design portfolios

• Instructing external lawyers

• Identifying potential issues and developing solutions to obtain protection

• Handling disputes, in some cases in collaboration with external lawyers at national and international levels

• Monitoring processes and deadlines

• Completing formalities required to maintain rights

• Reporting and various administrative tasks related to portfolio management

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (paralegal) with several years of experience in the field of intellectual property, preferably in an international environment

• Business fluent French or German with good knowledge of the other language, very good level of English (written and spoken)

• Good communication skills, autonomy, strong ability to manage different tasks within deadlines and with diligence, responsiveness, and analytical mindset
