In this role, you will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, intelligent automation solutions that include both traditional RPA and modern agentic automation concepts.As a member of theadesso Automation Center of Excellence, you will be part of a collaborative, international, and multi-skilled team, working on forward-looking projects that combineUiPath, AI/LLMs, and orchestration frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, consult, design, and implement automation solutions usingUiPath(Studio, Orchestrator, Apps, AI Center, etc.).Work across theentire automation lifecycle:process discovery, requirement analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.Developintelligent automation agents, integratingUiPath with AI services and LLMsto enable context-aware and goal-driven process execution.Collaborate with stakeholders, solution architects, and business analysts to understand needs and transform them into scalable automation solutions.Participate actively in agile ceremonies and ensure high-quality delivery in line with best practices and project goals.Contribute to internal knowledge building and the continuous improvement of automation delivery standards within the team.HOW YOU SUCCEED2–3 years of professional experience inRPA/Process Automation with UiPath.Familiarity with agentic automation concepts and interest in working withLLMs and AI-driven process orchestration.Strong understanding of business processes and experience translating them into automation workflows.UiPath Automation Developer ProfessionalorAutomation Business Analyst Professionalcertification is aplus (or similar certifications)Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Professional language skills in German (for Zurich, Bern and Basel) or French (for Lausanne) at aminimum B2 level.Valued skills and experienceExperience withcustom component development(e.g., UiPath SDKs, custom activities, APIs).Knowledge ofAI/ML integration(e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain).Experience withprocess miningand automation opportunity identification.Understanding ofCI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and test automation in UiPath.Knowledge of agile development methodologies, includingScrum, TDD, and BDD.OPPORTUNITY GIVER – WHAT MAKES ADESSO SPECIALOur promise: You will feel at home with us!
