  • Selbstständige Durchführung von präventiven sowie diagnostischen Mammographien / ggf. Screening. Programm -Mammographien nach aktuellen medizinischen und technischen Standards 
  • Fachkundige und einfühlsame Betreuung der Patientinnen während desgesamten Untersuchungsablaufs, insbesondere auch bei sensiblen Situationen
  • Unterstützung bei minimalinvasiven Eingriffen (z.B. Biopsien oder Seed Einlagen unter bildgebender Kontrolle sowie kontrastmittelgestützte Verfahren)
  • Regelmässige Kontrolle der Mammographie-Geräten nach gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Zusätzliche Möglichkeit von Rotation in anderen Bereichen der Radiologie (z.B. konventionellen Röntgen)
  • Betreuung der studierenden Radiologiefachpersonen
  • Regelmässige Beteiligung an den Spät-, Nacht- und Wochenenddiensten 

 

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Radiologiefachperson HF (RFP)
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Mammographie, ggf. Mammographie-Screening-Programm
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der digitalen Bildgebung und der Anwendung von Mammographie–Techniken
  • Hohe Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenz sowie Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Patientinnen

  • Experience in field service and customer service, service desk, case management, queues, dispatching, knowledgebase, contracts / SLAs and customer service, as well as field service planning, inventory and assets management;
  • At least completed two field service implementations;
  • Experience as a consultant on at least 1 international end-to-end CRM implementation – preferable with intercontinental rollouts;
  • Preferred pre-sales experience;
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills;
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.

Meet customer expectations of business knowledge, skills and behavior. 2nd and 3rd line functional Incident Management and Incident Escalations (occasionally outside normal business hours for Prio-A incidents). Problem Management and Root Cause Analysis / Root Cause Resolution. Develop and deliver Design Document documents and work on functional/integrations changes (RFC projects). Develop, test, document and deploy changes and improvements. Participating in final stages of projects delivery (UAT, Hyper Care), managing project handover to GMS. Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services. Communicate progress updates to relevant parties. Participate in pre-sales activities as requested. Always represent HSO International professionally and positively. Advise customers on industries’ best practices proactively.

Das Universitäts-Kinderspital Basel (UKBB) ist das universitäre Kompetenzzentrum für Kinder- und Jugendmedizin sowie für Lehre und Forschung in der Nordwestschweiz. Die HEROES-Studie (Rheumatology Transition for Young People in Switzerland) ist eine nationale Studie mit dem Ziel, für Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene, die in der Schweiz von der pädiatrischen in die erwachsene Gesundheitsversorgung wechseln, ein Transitionsprogramm zu entwickeln, zu implementieren und zu evaluieren. Die Studie wird vom Universitätskinderspital beider Basel in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Universitätsspital Basel geleitet. Für die HEROES-Studie rekrutieren wir eine*n wissenschaftlicher*r Mitarbeiter*in, welche*r den qualitativen Teil der Studie begleitet.

Eintrittsdatum: Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Thematische Analyse bereits bestehender Daten aus Interviews und Beobachtungen in MAXQDA
  • Mitarbeit bei der Interventionsentwicklung eines Transitionsprogramms auf Basis der analysierten qualitativen Daten
  • Durchführung von Interviews mit Eltern, Jugendlichen, Health Care Professionals und Stakeholdern
  • Durchführung von Beobachtungssequenzen in den teilnehmenden Kliniken
  • Verfassen von wissenschaftlichen Forschungsartikeln

Ihr Profil

  • Abschluss in Pflegewissenschaft, Public Health, Sozialwissenschaften, Psychologie oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der qualitativen Forschungsmethodik und -analyse
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MAXQDA, gute in Microsoft Word, Excel, und Adobe
  • Erfahrung in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche ist wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend: «Transitional Care», Gesundheit von Jugendlichen, Rheumatologie oder Implementierungswissenschaft
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse zwingend, Französisch- und/oder Italienischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Organisationstalent und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
  • Bereitschaft zu den teilnehmenden Kliniken innerhalb der Schweiz zu reisen
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Offenheit für die Zusammenarbeit über wissenschaftliche Disziplinen hinweg

Was du bewegst

  • Deine Rolle als Assistent:in Versicherungsmedizin umfasst eine Vielzahl von administrativen Aufgaben innerhalb der Versicherungsmedizin.
  • Du unterstützt unsere versicherungsmedizinischen Ärztinnen und Ärzte in organisatorischen, administrativen und nicht medizinischen Aspekten, beispielsweise bei der Koordination von medizinischen Untersuchungen.

Was wir erwarten

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Arztsekretär:in, medizinische:r Praxisassistent:in oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung.
  • Du bringst bereits Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Bereich mit, idealerweise in der Versicherungsmedizin oder im Gesundheitswesen.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Fertigkeiten in der Textverarbeitung und beherrschst die medizinische Terminologie.

We are looking for a highly motivated computational chemist to join the Computational Chemistry group at our R&D site in Stein, Switzerland. With strong expertise in computer-aided chemical design and molecular modelling, you will drive innovation in our molecular design processes. As part of your professional development, you will have the opportunity to explore and integrate AI/ML methodologies with traditional computational chemistry approaches to accelerate and improve molecular design of active ingredients. Strong teamwork, excellence in computational design, and the willingness to translate innovative scientific concepts into scalable solutions are essential.

Accountabilities:

  • Design and optimize molecules guided by data-driven hypotheses, in partnership with chemists, biologists, and other crop protection scientific experts
  • Develop and implement computational workflows to support molecular design
  • Create structure-property relationships to guide design decisions
  • Explore emerging computational methods to improve the molecular design effectiveness
  • Provide systematic feedback to drive continuous improvement of computational chemistry infrastructures, workflows and algorithm implementation

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • PhD in computational chemistry or related field
  • Strong foundation in target- and ligand-based design
  • Proficiency with standard computational chemistry/cheminformatics packages
  • Experience with computational workflows (virtual screening, compound library design)
  • Working knowledge of Python programming
  • Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis
  • Proficiency in both Windows and Unix operating systems, including batch/shell scripting and CLI automation
  • Demonstrated experience with High-Performance Computing (HPC) and distributed computing environments
