You have…
- University degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, Production Engineering and Management, Management, Computer Science, Information Science or comparable education;
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement, ideally in an international environment.
- Experience in field service and customer service, service desk, case management, queues, dispatching, knowledgebase, contracts / SLAs and customer service, as well as field service planning, inventory and assets management;
- At least completed two field service implementations;
- Experience as a consultant on at least 1 international end-to-end CRM implementation – preferable with intercontinental rollouts;
- Preferred pre-sales experience;
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills;
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.

Your role will also include contributing to the development of HSO best practices and active participation in presales activities. Role location This position allows for flexibility regarding location within Europe, provided the candidate possesses full European or UK working rights. As our global projects may require travel and on-site work, candidates should be willing to work at home or on the customer’s site or the HSO office as needed.
