Missions
• Answer and direct incoming calls in French, English, and Italian, ensuring a courteous and professional tone at all times.
• Manage the switchboard and coordinate internal call routing efficiently.
• Welcome visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and discreet reception.
• Handle meeting room bookings and support basic front-office logistics.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as mail handling, courier coordination, and document distribution.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the institution’s standards of excellence in client service.
Profil du candidat
• Previous experience in a similar role, in hospitality, or corporate environments.
• Fluent in French, English, and Italian (spoken and written).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional presentation and a strong sense of discretion.
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks calmly and efficiently.
