We are currently seeking a Senior Software Architect to join the SI CTOIn this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our technical software strategy including data and IOT architectureYou will bring industry expertise to drive key initiatives and foster a data-driven culture within the organization, ultimately delivering best-in-class productsYour ability to stay current with technology trends and understand business data requirements will drive data product design and thought leadership on technical architectureThis position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of SI enterprise solutions and innovation while staying at the forefront of emerging technologies and best practicesLocation: This position is based in Zug, SwitzerlandLegal eligibility to work in Switzerland is requiredKey Responsibilities:Drive initiatives by engaging with collaborators, communicating and educating software architecture and designDesign, communicate and drive enterprise software strategy including data productsCollaborate closely with Product teams to understand business use cases and assist with architecture for those use casesResearch new technologies and patterns to lead innovationIdentify architecture and technology gaps and work with the different stakeholders across organizational boundaries to address themProvide architecture expertise to support product development within BUsStay up to date with the standards and best practices in the infrastructure industry, with the ability to define best practices, guidance and standards of technical excellenceAct as a software strategy expert, coaching and advising the extended teamSecure support and buy-in from critical stakeholders to drive key initiatives and projectsFacilitate seamless communication and teamwork among different departments to ensure efficient deliveryFoster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, staying ahead of industry trends, new technologies and standard methodologies in Data and AIConduct feasibility studies and recommend appropriate technologies and solutionsQualifications and Skills:Validated experience designing and developing enterprise-level software products or solutionsDegree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering or related fieldProven experience as a Software Architect involving software development or architecture, including at least 2 years of SaaS over public cloud infrastructure – AWS, Azure or GCPTrack record of delivering enterprise-level software products or solutions with alignment across internal and external customersDeep expertise in cloud-native development, infrastructure as code and cloud platformsAbility to evaluate and pick up new technologiesExperience with Agile methodologyUnderstanding of AI and machine learningA proactive attitude with a passion for getting things doneCome and join us on our fascinating journeyEmployee benefits2-3 days per week of mobile working is standardMobility allowanceVaried further training opportunitiesAccess to employee share programsFurther information about employee benefits can be foundhereWhat it’s like working for usWe place significant emphasis on fostering an inclusive and flexible working culture that encourages everyone to be their authentic selves.
