Accenture is looking for a highly motivated Senior Manager to join our Data & AI team focused on Life Sciences. This key position is for professionals who are able to generate business opportunities and lead innovative AI projects in the Life Sciences space. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving business growth and technological innovation in Austria, Germany and Switzerland.Your missionYou will drive business origination and development activities focused on a specific client or group of clients with whom you will build strong professional relationships. In addition, you will apply industry knowledge and technical expertise to strengthen Accenture’s presence in the life sciences sector.At Accenture, you’ll create the environment you thrive in, with ways of working that suit you. • Business Development: Generate new business opportunities by leveraging your strong network and deep understanding of the life science industry in the DACH region (Austria, Germany, Switzerland).
• Project Leadership: Drive the set-up, execution and management of new projects and ensure they are successfully delivered in line with client expectations and company standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor teams of consultants and managers, both on specific projects and in the preparation of proposals, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Professional Experience: 5-10 years of experience in life sciences and data & AI, gained in a life sciences company and/or consulting firm.
• Project Delivery: Proven track record of leading and delivering AI projects, ideally in the life sciences.
• Networking: Strong existing network within the AI and Life Sciences community, with the ability to engage effectively with professionals and stakeholders.
• Communication: Excellent communication aptitude in German and English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at the highest level.
