H55 is composed of highly experienced engineers, entrepreneurs and managers and is seeking like mind talented professionals who understand how to couple creativity and innovation with technical and business considerations.Your RoleAs theQuality Assurance Engineer,you will be part of the Design Organization (DOA PART-21J), and will report to Chief Independent Monitoring. Your main responsibilities will include:Design QualityEnsure compliance to documented processes and the design organization handbook during the release of deliverables.Ensure the required level of quality in deliverables.Provide independent assurance that planned life cycle processes and standards are followed throughout the product life cycle through Inspections, random reviews and design reviews for milestones.Verify that the product life cycle data complies with the established processes and plans, focusing on the correct application of processes, standards and industry guidelines in projects.Proactive participation in product development assuring quality is included as part of design and lessons learned are applied.Participation in change control boards (CCB’s).Support the Chief of Independent Monitoring with audits (internal / external).Your profileYou have demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in highly fast changing environment. Specifically, this includes:University degree in Quality, Engineering3+ years experience in quality, preferably EASA Part 21 subpart J aerospace3+ years experience of working with AS9100 standards is a plusKnowledge in DO-254 Design Assurance Guidance For Airborne Electronic Hardware, DO-178 Software Considerations in Airborne Systems and Equipment Certification and ARP4754A Development of Civil Aircraft and Systems, is a plusSuccess in driving operational excellence in qualityAnalytical, structured, and independent way of working as well as the ability to maintain a macro-overviewExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsFluency in English (oral and written), French is an asset.Preferred:Working knowledge of PLM tools as well as ERP systems,Experience of implementing AS9100 an advantage,Experience of EASA and Part 21 regulatory requirements in an aerospace approved organisation,What we offerAn amazing work Location in Sion, Valais in the heart of Swiss Alps.A highly dynamic and multicultural environment where you can grow and learn by working on ambitious challenges to shape the future of Electric Aviation.We offer a position which contributes to valuable and impactful work in a stimulating and international environmentSounds interesting?
