Company Description Job Description About the Role What you will be doing Key responsibilities include: 
Shape the vision, strategy, and KPIs for the product portfolio, aligning product decisions with business goals to drive user engagement and platform growth. 
Manage the product roadmap and lifecycle: Leverage market trends, product metrics, and international benchmarks to prioritize impactful projects and ensure the team is focused on high-value initiatives. 
Act as a bridge between stakeholders, including business, technical teams, and customers, to integrate diverse perspectives into product development. 
Understand customer needs through research and direct interaction with buyers and sellers, identifying early-stage informational gaps as well as practical requirements as they move through the purchasing journey. 
Collaborate with your team to envision and deliver innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience, from initial vehicle discovery to final purchase decisions. 
Collaborating with stakeholders to drive revenue growth and increase adoption of our financial and educational resources. 
Evaluate product success using both quantitative and qualitative metrics, including Beta testing and post-launch reviews, to ensure solutions meet customer needs and drive business results. 
Maintain product quality by taking ownership of data accuracy, process efficiency, and delivering high standards in each release. 
 
Qualifications 
Fluent in German and English (mandatory) 
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or related fields 
3-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven record of launching impactful products, ideally in automotive, e-commerce, or similar digital sectors 
Expertise in mobile app and/or web platform product development, ideally within a marketplace setting 
Strong experience working with cross-functional teams (UX/UI designers, engineers, marketing teams) and managing distributed teams 
Proficiency in analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions. Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven product management is a plus 
Ability to clearly communicate product decisions and the rationale behind them, comfortable making decisions independently while supporting team decision-making 
Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across teams and hierarchies 
Ownership mentality: Eager to take accountability for delivering business and product outcomes by collaborating with stakeholders 
 
Additional Information 
6 weeks of holidays (with the possibility to buy up to 10 additional days) 
40-hour week (flexitime with a cap at 45 hours – We take work-life balance seriously) 
4 months’ notice after the probationary period
