With a unique global network, our client is a promotion organisation who are looking to hire a marketing manager for EMEA to work 80 or 100% and be based in the Zurich office.The successful candidate will continue to develop the marketing strategy of this non profit organisation. Participate in the development of annual business plans. Collaborate with the external network and consulting teams to identify market-specific trends, developments and business opportunities in the EMEA region. Plan, implement and control target group-specific marketing campaigns and customer programmes. Plan and implement country and region-specific marketing activities. Monitor promotional activities in collaboration with a Campaign Management Team. Be responsible for the new content for website relaunch. Continuously develop and optimise our client’s website in collaboration with a digital technology team. Ensure web publishing through an external provider. Lead and/or collaborate in marketing projects. Take responsibility of financial marketing budgets.To be suitable for this role, you will have a university degree or higher professional training in business administration or similar. At least five to seven years of professional experience in marketing in a global Swiss industry. Be familiar with the latest developments in digital marketing. Experience in the content development of websites, corresponding technical affinity and SEO. Strong project management skills and experience in leading interdisciplinary project teams. Willingness to shape things and a high degree of initiative. Communicative, resilient and solution-oriented with a “can-do” mind-set. Strong service orientation and sense of responsibility. Politically and economically interested.
