Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.IHRE AUFGABENRepresentation of the Management Accounting view as part of a large-scale technological replacement programme: Ensuring the Management Accounting and Controlling related aspects are accurately represented and configured in the core banking or markets implementation (business view)Impact Assessment Management Accounting domain: Gathering of business requirements for Management Accounting applications resulting from the core banking and markets implementation incl. the documentation and validation of business requirementsData Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret business data requirements for the Management Accounting domainSolution Development: Collaborate with IT teams to design, implement, and test solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectationsChange Management: Support organizational change by communicating and syndication changes to stakeholdersYOUR PROFILEUniversity degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fieldExperience in large scale transformation programmes in the banking industry, preferably in private banking or investment managementStrong experience in management accounting and banking operations in particular regarding finance system’s integration with upstream applications such as trading platforms, core banking or risk management toolsStrong understanding of processes and requirements regarding cost allocation, P&L generation, products profitability calculations and cost & profit center accountingStrong understanding of financial products and services (e.g. Structured or OTC products, Corporate Actions) and their process-wise interplay with Operations, MarketsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development approachesFluent in English, German is a plusSAP BW/4HANAWe only consider candidates who can start immediately.We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
