Contribute to the attraction, onboarding, and management of the best talents?
Support the HR team members on various projects and initiatives related to employer branding, trainings, and talent acquisition?
If so, we would like to present you the opportunity to join our HQ Genève-based team as a HR Intern. Reporting into the Head of Talent & Development and IC/EB, you will participate and support projects involving a large scope of stakeholders across the organization envision. You will evolve in a dymamic environment that values growth and development and we look forward to meeting you providing you with a valuable learning experience. HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? HR Project Management
Participate in organizing HR events locally and internationally
Come up with creative solutions to improve the Manager’s digital platform and experience
Participate in ad-hoc developments projects
Talent Acquisition
Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and facilitate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers and team members.
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
Internal Communication & Employer Branding
Liaise with internal stakeholders to draft and design local communications
Publish communications on intranet and screens
Coordinate new employés photo portraits and HR announcements
Support in creating and/or updating documents/publications.
REQUIREMENTS
Student in Human Resources, Business School, University or equivalent, ideally with a first exposure to the Human Resources field
Feel at ease with supporting projects in a matrix organization
Recognized for your proactivity, your autonomy, and your organizational skills
At ease with data analysis, reporting and presentation – proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint
Enthusiast, collective spirit, willing to help and share, good sense of service
Comfortable working in French and English in an international environment
