We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow – in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.What you will do:Develop and maintain a data platform (smartLAB) for R&D teams to manage and analyze data and deploy AI solutionsLead and inspire a global Data Engineering team to build and optimize scalable data systemsDrive data projects using Scrum and ensure timely, high-quality outcomesApply DevOps and CI/CD best practices to enhance infrastructure performance and reliabilityMaintain software tools (e.g. Python packages, web apps) for data handling and visualizationManage IT topics like DevOps, IT infrastructure (servers, VMs, PCs), Docker, Kubernetes, cybersecurity, and Infrastructure as CodeWhat you bring:Strong technical background in Python, data engineering, software development, and a solid understanding of AI and machine learningProven leadership experience with responsibility for managing and developing technical teams is requiredAnalytical mindset with a structured approach to solving complex problemsClear and confident communicator, able to translate tech into impactFamiliarity with agile methods like Scrum and openness to learning new tools and technologiesFluent in English is a must; German or French are a plusWhy join us?
