Cross Border Talents is hiring German speakers for Travel Advisor for one of our clients, completely remote in Greece!Do you enjoy speaking German fluently? Are you looking for remote opportunities? We have an exciting job opportunity for you!Join the virtual team, gain professional experience as a Travel Advisor and apply the German language in practice.What will your job entail?

• Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers;
• Maintain Accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database;
• Ensure Client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with the company’s complaints escalation policy;
• Ensure all support calls and (when applicable) emails are answered and resolved within the agreed SLAs and logged appropriately;
• Troubleshooting through the use of open questions, support documents and system training
• Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions

If you’ve never done anything like this before, don’t worry, we’re happy to teach you everything.Qualifications:

• Excellent communication in German (C1or C2) is a requirement and intermediate English (B2)
• EU nationality or Greek residence permit
• Able to relocate to Greece if you are from abroad
• Highschool Diploma
• You have a pleasant demeanor, good communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
• You know how to operate a computer, are eager to learn, and can quickly adapt to a new environment.

Conditions:

• Working hours Monday to Sunday 9am to 8pm (8 hours per day in rotational shifts and 2 days off)
• Private Health & Life Insurance
• Base salaryx14 months + 50€ food voucher tickets per month
• 25 days annual leave
• Contract types:

– Permanent Contract (if working onsite in the Athens office)
– 6 months contract (remote anywhere from Greece)*RELOCATION PACKAGE:
-Accommodation in a hotel for 3 weeks
