In this position, you will be responsible for defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to drive the implementation of sustainable quality solutions.Additionally, you will further develop and optimize our sustainable solution framework for factory and on-site quality issues. As a dedicated quality ambassador, you will motivate others by exemplifying the highest standards and continuously improving the quality of our products. Lastly, you will oversee the continuous improvement process within the quality department.How you’ll make an impactDrive sustainable solutions projects for quality issuesFurther develop our sustainable solution framework for factory and on-site quality issuesServe as an ambassador for quality within the entire operating unitLead continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.Establish processes to capture non-conformances and ensure data qualityMake data available to enable data-driven decisionsLead workstreams cross-functionally and lead monthly review meetings with top managementConduct Root Cause AnalysisManage projects and processes independently with limited supervisionCoach and review the work of lower-level professionalsYour backgroundAdvanced knowledge of quality assurance in manufacturing, typically obtained through advanced education and work experience of minimum 5 yearsProven experience in managing projects and processes independentlyStrong coaching and mentoring skillsAbility to solve complex problems and make informed decisionsExcellent communication and documentation skillsCommitment to continuous improvement and passion for qualityProficiency in English is required, while fluency in German is considered an advantageA minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is requiredPossession of a Green Belt certification is mandatory; however, a Black Belt certification would be advantageousMore about usOur flexible working practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow.
