You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining cutting-edge applications for our DAOs, contributing to the development of decentralized governance and novel blockchain solutions. We are passionate about the potential of blockchain technology and are looking for a talented developer to join us in shaping the future of decentralized governance and digital identity.About the Role of Full-Stack Blockchain Developer:Blockchain backend Development (ICP):- Develop and maintain web3 backend canisters using Rust programming language.- Design and implement efficient and secure data storage and retrieval mechanisms.- Build AI Agent solutions on-chain.- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests.Frontend Development:- Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly frontends using React and TypeScript, hosted on the ICP.- Implement and optimize UI/UX designs based on Figma mockups.- Ensure seamless integration with backend canisters.Collaboration and Communication:- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.- Interact with key stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.Technical Proficiency and Growth:- Stay up-to-date with the latest ICP development tools and best practices.- Utilize version control systems (Git) effectively.- Show a willingness to explore and implement AI agent-related concepts.- Be able to adapt to changing requirements and learn new skills quickly.Our benefits:- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects within the ICP ecosystem.- A collaborative and supportive team environment.- Opportunities for professional growth and development.- The chance to contribute to impactful projects that are shaping the future of decentralization.- Flexible working conditions.As a Full-Stack Blockchain Developer you will manage frontend and backend development.Your profile :- A strong desire to learn and master Rust for ICP backend development.- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript for frontend development.- Solid understanding of modern web development principles and best practices.- Familiarity with Git for version control.- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Experience with Figma.Our preferred skills and experience:- Previous experience with ICP development or other blockchain technologies.- Familiarity with Rust programming language.- Interest in decentralized governance and digital identity.- Interest in AI agent development.Our Recruitment Process:We take hiring seriously and ensure that we find the right fit for our team.
