Are you looking for an opportunity to support export sales in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. If you excel in providing administrative support, coordinating with international clients, and contributing to sales processes, this role could be perfect for you!Key Responsibilities for the Export Sales Assistant Role

  • Assist with the planning and execution of export sales activities.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
  • Prepare and maintain export documentation, including sales contracts and shipping details.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and sales opportunities.
  • Support the sales team with customer enquiries, maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

Essential Skills and Qualifications for the Export Sales Assistant

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2), good command of German would be an advantage.
  • Experience with SAP or equivalent.
  • First experiencein import/export sales.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Permanent Right to Work in Switzerland.
