As an Electrical Technician, you will be a key player in the development and testing of innovative products. Your role ensures precise test execution, lab efficiency, and compliance with safety standards while supporting engineers and scientists in advancing R&D projects.

How you’ll make an impact
• Execute standardized and custom test procedures, analyze results, and document findings

• Maintain an organized, well-functioning lab environment by ensuring equipment is properly maintained and calibrated

• Adhere to and uphold all laboratory safety regulations and enforce best practices among team members

• Work closely with engineers and scientists to develop, refine, and optimize testing methodologies

• Detect irregular test results, troubleshoot equipment problems, and implement corrective actions

• Contribute to process optimizations, efficiency improvements, and best practice standardization in the lab

• Maintain precise and up-to-date test records, generate reports, and communicate insights to stakeholders

Your background
• Technical or vocational education in a relevant field (e.g., Electrician, Automation technician)

• Hands-on experience in laboratory testing within an R&D or technical environment

• Proficiency in handling lab equipment (measurement, testing, and analytical tools)

• Strong analytical skills to interpret and validate test results

• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities for managing multiple tasks

• Proven ability to maintain accurate records and document test findings systematically

• Fluency in English (mandatory); German is a strong plus
