Das Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zürich verfügt über 80 Gästezimmer und Suiten sowie drei gastronomische Einrichtungen, darunter ein ganztägig geöffnetes Restaurant, ein Spezialitätenrestaurant und eine Lobby Lounge. Das Hotel ist mit seinen neu renovierten Veranstaltungseinrichtungen, einschließlich eines großen historischen Ballsaals, ideal für Meetings und Veranstaltungen geeignet.Als Doorperson, Porter & Valet attendant werden Sie verantwortlich für folgende Aufgaben sein:

• Leitung des Bell Desk
• Bindeglied zwischen dem Concierge-Team und dem Pagen-Valet-Team
• Fähigkeit zur körperlichen Anstrengung beim Anbringen, Abnehmen und Tragen von Gästegepäck
• Herzliches “Willkommen” und herzliches “Auf Wiedersehen” für unsere Gäste gewährleisten
• Zustellung des Gepäcks beim Einchecken und Entfernung des Gepäcks beim Auschecken aus den Gästezimmern
• Schnelles und sicheres Handhaben des Gepäcks
• Ausgezeichnete Produktkenntnisse
• Dafür sorgen, dass der Haupteingang sauber und aufgeräumt ist
• Zustellung von Nachrichten
• Überprüfung der Ankunfts- und Abreiseberichte, um die Bedürfnisse der Gäste zu erkennen
• Sicherstellung, dass der Haupteingang jederzeit besetzt ist
• Unterstützung der Gäste bei ihrer Ankunft, indem sie ihnen die Autotüren öffnen und sie zum Front Office begleiten
• Ausladen von Gegenständen und Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen und sicheren Übergangs zum Concierge
• Sicheres Parken der Gästefahrzeuge
• Organisation von Taxis für unsere Gäste auf Anfrage
• Begleitung der Gäste zu vorher vereinbarten Transportmitteln

The Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich has 80 guest rooms and suites and three dining venues, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant and a lobby lounge. The hotel is ideal for meetings and events with its newly renovated event facilities, including a grand historic ballroom.As Doorperson, Porter & Valet attendant you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Managing the Bell Desk
• Liaison between the concierge team and the valet team
• Ability to exert physical effort in attaching, detaching and carrying guest luggage
• Ensure a warm “welcome” and “goodbye” to our guests
• Delivering luggage at check-in and removing luggage from guest rooms at check-out
• Quick and safe handling of luggage
• Excellent product knowledge
• Ensuring that the main entrance is clean and tidy
• Delivery of messages
• Reviewing arrival and departure reports to identify guest needs
• Ensuring the main entrance is manned at all times
• Assisting guests on arrival by opening car doors for them and escorting them to the front office
• Unloading items and ensuring a smooth and safe transition to the concierge
• Secure parking of guest vehicles
• Organizing cabs for our guests upon request
• Escorting guests to pre-arranged transportation

As a Doorperson, Porter & Valet attendant we expect you to have:

• Car driver’s license
• A sense of responsibility and good time management
• Ability to work in a team, organizational skills and good time management
• Communication skills – guests will contact you with both complaints and positive feedback, so you will always be approachable
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure – your position will also include weekend and public holiday shifts
• Excellent manners, a well-groomed appearance and a positive charisma
