– Salary: CHF 47,- /h – 57,- /hResponsibilities– Implement omnichannel customer engagement strategies in collaboration with the MO Lead across various species
– Work closely with the MO Lead to create and execute omnichannel customer engagement plans aligned with brand strategy and local tactical priorities, including defining target audiences, content creation, and channel mix
– Ensure high-quality and relevant campaign content by repurposing global and local materials
– Contribute to measuring and reporting the performance of marketing campaigns and assessing them against objectives and KPIs
– Identify trends and optimize spending and performance based on data analysis
– Collaborate with business units to enhance user experience and communication
– Provide analytical support to evaluate the end-to-end customer journey across multiple channels and touchpoints, working closely with the MO Lead
– Additional duties may be assigned based on the direction of the MO Lead and your willingness to take on new tasksRequirements– Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, or communications)
– Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing
– Experience working with WordPress VIP and managing multiple websites and landing pages
– Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, creating newsletters based on existing templates, and developing non-template-based content
– Expertise in various channels, touchpoints, and media
– Tech-savvy with strong IT skills
– Demonstrable experience in areas such as SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising
– Creativity in identifying target audiences and developing engaging digital campaigns
– Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
– Understanding of modern marketing tools and experience in content creation
– Willingness to innovate and explore new approaches
