BuzBrothers is creating a new key position in our agency, and we want you to fill it!You will be part of the Creative department (+50 creative people). Reporting to our Digital Executive Creative Director, your role will be a dynamic blend of responsibilities:Manage a team of 6 Digital Art Directors and UI Designers, providing leadership and supportPilot digital projects from a creative perspective, steering the vision and directionBuild strong relationships with clients, presenting and defending our creative ideasCollaborate closely with Accounts and Digital Strategists to shape business strategies and solutionsWork hand-in-hand with UX experts to deliver exceptional digital experiences for our clientsPitch for and help develop new digital projects, growing our talented digital teamYou’ll work on a wide range of projects daily, including international eCom and brand platforms, apps, AR/VR experiences, and more!As the Digital Associate Creative Director, your core responsibilities will be:Leadership:Manage and support your team of 3 Digital Art Directors and 3 UI DesignersStay on top of key projects and attend critical meetingsActively participate in digital strategy and concept developmentPush the creativity of each project and inspire your teamBe proactive in anticipating problems, proposing solutions, and communicating with stakeholdersStay hands-on and drive projects forward with your teamCollaboration with Executive Creative Director:Ensure creative vision alignment across client accountsEffectively communicate feedback and comments from the ECD to your teamsMaintain an excellent positioning and attitude in these senior-level interactionsDigital Art Direction:Take ownership of complex digital projects and strategiesCo-develop digital strategies with our Strategy DirectorsPresent and defend creative work to clientsDelegate to art directors when appropriateExpertise:Support scoping and budgeting of digital projectsBe a Figma master to develop your team’s expertise in larger-scale projects.Preferred experienceWe’re eager to meet you if you are:A digital native with 10+ years of experience as a Senior Art Director or Creative Director in digital agencies or studiosA kick-ass interface designer with Figma as your best friend!Adept at responsive design, crafting seamless user journeysKnowledgeable about branding and how to bring it to life digitallyFamiliar with digital strategy, going beyond just aestheticsFluent in UX, standard web technologies, and eager to collaborate with technical expertsA team player who thrives on finding creative solutionsProactive and driven to keep our agency at the forefront of digital creativityComfortable working autonomously when requiredFluent in English, with experience presenting to clients and stakeholdersAble to work in an agile environment, focused on user-centric outcomesWant to know more?Rencontrez Guillaume, Co Founder & CEORencontrez Hana, Business DirectorDiscover the companyExplore the company’s profile or follow them to find out if they’re the right fit!Follow them!The companyMarketing / Communications150 employeesFounded in 2010Average age: 36 years oldRevenue: CHF 25MEmployee turnover: 22%53%47%Who are they?Révéler le potentiel de chacun: voilà l’objectif de BuzzBrothers.
