You’re comfortable navigating Git and CI/CD environments, and while experience in banking or fintech is a bonus, your curiosity and drive to learn matter more. You communicate clearly, ask smart questions, and thrive in collaborative settings. You’re proactive, imaginative, and unafraid to challenge the status quo if it means making things better — for your team, our tech, or our clients.
