A world of wonder awaits you.About the jobYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Designing and developing quantitative and generative AI assets by translating business problems and requirements into actionable insightsPartnering with other Business Functions to align with market state-of-the-art solutions and identify Advanced Analytics opportunities to be embedded the existing processesDeveloping data science products ensuring business improvements are impactful and aligned to the company objectives and strategy, including appropriate and structured documentation of the methodology and data usedLeverage the Data Lake information and cloud infrastructure as well as the current technology landscape to design the solutionsSelecting features, building and optimizing models using Machine Learning and other Advanced Analytics techniquesCoordinating with the Innovation reference people to identify suitable processes for AI agents, analyze them and develop AI Agents use casesPresenting results and insights to business and driving the conversation about innovation directions in the Advanced Analytics spaceAbout youWe are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:University degree/ Education, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics or similarMinimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international settingProficiency in Python and/or R, modelling & real-time analytics, database languages (e.g., SQL), big data frameworks, and Cloud platforms (e.g. Google Cloud Platform, Azure, AWS)Deep understanding of Generative AI models their implementation in business settingsPrevious experience with AI Agents (e.g. GCP Agent builder) is a plusExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsTeam orientation and ability to work and interface effectively with all levels of the organizationExcellent English proficiency, presentation and communication skillsWhat we offerYou can expect a range of benefits, including:Swarovski products discountsFull coverage of accident insuranceAttractive pension fund conditionsSubsidized public transportation or free parkingEmployee canteen with buffetMasters of Light Since 1895Swarovski creates beautiful crystal-based products of impeccable quality and craftsmanship that bring joy and celebrate individuality.Founded in 1895 in Austria, the company designs, manufactures and sells the world’s finest crystal, gemstones, Swarovski Created Diamonds and zirconia, jewelry, and accessories, as well as crystal objects and home accessories.
