He/she contributes to, facilitates and optimizes data integration and storage activities and projects. He/she will work closely with the teams responsible for source data and related projects, as well as with the Business lines behind IT development requests that have an impact on data. The aim is to ensure that Data Integration and storage processes are efficient. He/she also helps to improve the enrichment and input of business analyses.YOUR ROLEFacilitating communication between Data Integration teams, Development teams and Business stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project data objectives and requirementsContribute to functional specifications, including data models and data flow diagramsIdentify data from primary and secondary sources to ensure data integrity and accuracyOrganizing the collection and validation of data integration requirements and needsContribute to the management of ETL processes for integrating data into the data warehouse, ensuring efficient transformation and loading of dataWorking with the technical teams to define and implement robust and scalable data integration solutionsIdentify potential risks associated with changes and capacity constraints, and work with project managers to develop risk mitigation strategiesEnsure the quality and integrity of project requirements and deliverablesIdentify process improvement and efficiency opportunities within data integration activitiesDeveloping regular reports and dashboards to present progress in an understandable and usable wayMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of data integration initiatives and projectsKnowing and understanding the basics of banking and supporting the Data Integration team on this aspectParticipating in the support and monitoring of anomaliesYOUR PROFILEBachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, business management or a related field. Master’s degree will be appreciated3+ years of experience in Data EngineeringExcellent command of data collection, data analysis methodologiesExcellent command of ELT / ETL and Datawarehouse management processes and best practicesExcellent command of ELT / ETL tools.
