A Geneva-based financial institution is seeking a Data Analyst / Finance and Operation Reporting to strengthen its Finance and Operation team with a hands-on, analytical, and strategic profile. This role combines operational ownership with high-level support to the Chief Accountant. Data Analyst – Finance&Operation Reporting – Mandarin SpeakerGeneva-based financial institution.DescriptionManage and structure financial and operational data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and readiness for reportingDesign, build, and automate dashboards and reports to support Finance, Accounting, and Operations using tools like Power BI, Excel, and SQLProvide actionable insights through data analysis to support business performance, cost control, and monthly/quarterly closingsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data flows, improve governance, and support regulatory, tax, and audit reportingAct as a key support to the Chief Accountant, contributing to financial initiatives, mentoring junior staff, and stepping in when neededProfileYour profile:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field2+ years of experience in Data Analysis in finance/accounting, ideally in bankingStrong analytical skills and advanced Excel; database tools a plus (Oracle for example)Fluent in English and Mandarin MANDATORY!
