We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join the a High Tech company in Fribourg.
Our client is a global leader in the research, design, integration, manufacture, certification, and lifetime service of measurement solutions for different added value industries.
Description
• Manage and support a portfolio of premier Category customer accounts.
• Ensure seamless processing of orders and deliveries (OTP / OTR / OTD).
• Handle pricing calculations for RFQs and contracts.
• Oversee customer forecasts and demand planning.
• Address customer disputes and manage overdue accounts.
• Contribute to inventory, revenue, and arrears target management.
• Maintain accurate customer master data (MDG).
Profile
• Commercial background or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or similar.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B customer service, ideally within industrial or high-value technological environments.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders in an international setting.
• Strong communication, listening, and multitasking skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and flexible team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
