We come from diverse engineering backgrounds, united by a deep passion for space and a strong quality-driven mindset.What truly brings us together is a culture of collaboration, mutual support, and the excitement of building something extraordinary—together.If you’re driven by curiosity and ready to take on meaningful challenges, you might be the right person to help us shape what comes next.Your Mission:Develop the Product Assurance Requirements and Culture at project level, ensuring robust quality processes, cost excellence for program quality execution through collaboration with engineering, operations and supply chain.Act as main interface for Customer for all quality and safety topicsEstablish Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) features in collaboration with Customer and EngineeringLead NC and failure investigation whenever product requirements are violatedSupervise and direct Product Development and Qualification for all relevant quality aspectsManage and ensure the implementation of quality requirements throughout product manufacturing, delivery, and post-delivery activities.Coordinate for all Quality matters international multi-site and cross-country programsMain Tasks:Execute Product Assurance Program in accordance with Project MilestonesEnsure successful execution of the Customer, Regulatory and Internal Requirements for Program ExecutionConvert the Customer Critical to Quality Requirements into internal specifications and requirementsLead Customer Critical RCA and investigation activitiesModerate Design FMEADevelop Process/Product CTQ and Control Plans in collaboration with Customer and EngineeringEstablish Product Quality DocumentationSupport and achieve final Product QualificationContribute as needed to Customer and internal Audit as Quality representativeProvide support during Launch Campaigns preparation and execution, ensuring effective coordination of all on-site Quality Assurance (QA) activities.Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the standardization of the Quality Management System (QMS).Your Story:Preferred education: MSc degree in Engineering or in a similar relevant disciplineSeveral years of experience in the field of Quality and Continuous Improvement or a relevant field.Familiarity with configuration management tools and practices, reliability analysis, FMEA, and quality improvement methodologiesProven track record in leading product assurance activitiesKnowledge of standards such as EN9100, ECSS, NASA and MILAbility to quickly understand and analyse technical products/systems and their functionExcellent written and oral communication skills in EnglishMS Office experience requiredExperience in the application of Quality preventive methodology (5Why, Ishikawa Fishbone…)Nice to have’s:Any further language (German, French, and Swedish) beyond English is highly advantageous.Experience in product assurance for space applications would represent a strong asset.Why Beyond Gravity:Work in an international environment with global mindset and high-tech products that will fly into spaceA highly specialized and motivated team with a lot of know-how in a unique industryWe live a hands-on mentality and take suggestions for improvement seriouslyAttractive employment conditions (contribution to public transport, trainings and development opportunities, full paid maternity/paternity leave and many more)Flexible and mobile working and at least 5 weeks of vacation with the possibility to buy additional vacation Are you ready for lift-off?Our core values – Passionate, Together, and Curious – transform challenges into opportunities.
