Nextherapy’s core value is that patients always come first and need and deserve intensive, state-of-the-art therapies and enjoyable experiences.company can be found onAufgabenKey Responsibilities Implement the business plan of Nextherapy in order to ensure that the strategic goals are achieved Give direction, allocate budget, and manage the various members who report to you Follow up operational Processes Investigate ways to continuously improve patient experience, resubscription rates and loyalty to Nextherapy – by measuring each continuously Determine staffing requirements, hire and train new employees Manage staff, prepare work schedules and assign specific duties Build a close team of highly qualified therapists and employees and stimulate collaboration between team members in order to maximize employee productivity, retention and sense of happiness Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other KPIs and reporting performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing improvement QualifikationQualifications and Requirements MBA degree from a top business school Minimum 10+ years of experience with: Profit and loss responsibility Managing more than 15 full time equivalent employees Geographic responsibilities in more than one location Demonstrated successful entrepreneurial experience, being responsible for successfully scaling a start-up Fluent in English Willing to live in Zurich or near-by region Compassion — maintaining composure and keeping emotions in check even in very difficult situations especially with patients. Leadership — willingness to lead, take charge, and make difficult decisions. Initiative — willingness to take on challenges. Curiosity to constantly learn new things and contribute your ideas and creativity. Ability to integrate yourself into a motivated and interested team. Flexibility to develop yourself in the dynamic working environment of a start-up.
