For our client, a bank in Geneva, we are looking for a:Main responsibilitiesManage cash transactions for Private Banking customers, especially withdrawals, deposits, foreign currency transactions, etc.Welcome customers and provide high quality serviceHandle sensitive information confidentially, complying with all internal regulations;Manage safe deposit box access and operations;Manage administrative activities on safe deposit boxes, including daily and periodic checks, filing, statistics, etc.;Manage administrative activities on cash transactions, including accounting, filing, daily and periodic checks, statistics, etc.;Various administrative and organizational tasks.Skills and ExperienceBackground in commercial/banking field;Previous experience as a Cashier;Availability, empathy and customer orientation;Knowledge of English and national languages;Excellent time management skills, ability to work in multitasking and prioritize on requests from various sources;Accuracy, precision and confidentiality;Special attention to detail;Communicativeness, impeccable presence, courtesy;Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office package and proficiency in the use of computer tools;Ability to work independently, in direct contact with customers.Only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
