  • Provide high-level executive support to the Global Managing Director, ensuring efficient management of schedules, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between the Managing Director’s office and internal departments as well as external partners, displaying fluency in both French and English.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents in both languages.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities with impeccable attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Organize and coordinate international meetings and events, ensuring seamless logistics and exceptional hospitality.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and business matters.

Exposure to international operations|Calendar, travel and budget management / Event organisation

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the luxury sector or multinational companies.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with virtual meeting technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a polished and professional demeanor suitable for a luxury environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a calm, collected presence in a high-pressure environment.
