Don’t be shy, apply!CRM ManagerYou will oversee an engineering team of .NET / MSD software engineers and experts. The mission of the team is to develop and maintain .NET based application, Swissquote‘s CRM, based on Microsoft Dynamics, and it’s different modules for Marketing (Customer Insights), Customer Care (Customer Service), and Sales. At the heart of our client activities, you will be in direct communication with our stakeholders, partners and other SWE teams.ResponsibilitiesDirect management of a team of software engineers and expertsAccountable for the successful deliveries of the teamOrganize and plan all team activities upon the principles of agile software methodologyEvaluate the efficiency of your team upon its technical and/or business knowledge needed to fulfil its missionMonitor and address the required technical investment upon the department guidelinesFoster the collaboration with the departments that are stakeholders to your teamGrow the team members and ensure their personal development planPerform regular and annual individual assessmentHire great talent and integrate them successfully in the teamQualificationsEducational background: Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or equivalentExperience in managing projectsExperience with Microsoft DynamicsExperience with agile methodologiesFluent in EnglishExcellent communication and leadership skillsEager to lead by exampleKnowledge of software developement .NET is a plus
