The mission of the Sports Department is to promote physical activity within the EHL Group by offering a range of sports activities adapted to the needs and expectations of the EHL community and to external users/clients.To join our amazing team, we are looking for a candidate who is not only skilled and passionate about hospitality but also aligns with our leadership principles: transparency, accountability, collaboration, care, and experimentationSports Center ManagerThe mission of the Sports Center Manager is to be responsible for the daily operations of the facility like pool, fitness, oakfiled. Adhering to the legal requirements for facility operation, and finance and budgeting in line with the stated KPI’s. The sports manager will be responsible for the day to day planning of the sports spaces for the EHL sports teams and external clients and for developing the sports offer in line with the business plan.What will you do?

• Be accountable for the overall operation of the Sports facility including staffing.
• Ensure all legal procedures and standards are maintained , updated and recorded.
• Develop the business in-line with business plan objectives and KPI’s.
• Manage the membership system , front desk and back office for the Sports center.
• Responsible for financial matters relating to the Sports centre (purchase, sales, budgeting).
• Liaise with all stakeholders to increase business opportunities.
• Manage team of staff to include their planning, goal setting, training and evaluations.

Who are you ?

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• You have 7 years of professional experience with at least 4 years in a similar position.
• You are excellent at team management and interpersonal communication.
• You are calm under pressure and maintain composure in stressful situations.
• You have a practical, solution-oriented mindset when it comes to problem-solving.
• You have excellent knowledge of IT systems, databases, Excel, and membership management platforms.
• You are familiar with sports terminology and regulations.
• You have experience in event planning and organization and a solid background in finance and budgeting.
• You have for mother tongue French and you are fluent in English (C1). German is a plus.
