This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-growing industry and the chance to contribute directly to the global transition towards sustainable energy.Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll support a wide range of initiatives across digital and offline channels. From campaign execution to content creation and strategic projects, this role gives you exposure to all facets of marketing within a collaborative and forward-thinking team.Your Main ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, tailored to Swiss audiences.Plan, create, and schedule social media content — ideally also including photography and video creation.Manage community engagement on social media platforms and monitor customer reviews.Write and edit copy for websites, newsletters, email campaigns, and printed materials.Maintain and update the company website.Assist in creating landing pages and running A/B testing campaigns.Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters — either independently or in collaboration with an agency.Help coordinate event logistics for exhibitions, fairs, and promotional activations.Contribute to marketing reports and presentations.Coordinate translations and adapt marketing content across English, French, and German.Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop relevant marketing support materials.Support daily marketing administrative operations.Your Profile1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, either in-house or within an agency.Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.Fluent in English and French; good knowledge of (Swiss) German is highly desirable.Experience in content creation for social media and basic website design.Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create compelling, on-brand messaging.Solid experience in Canva or similar design tools (e.g. CapCut).Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Facebook Business Manager) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).Experience using CMS platforms (ideally Storyblok).Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics, layout, and brand consistency.Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and contribute ideas independently.Genuine enthusiasm for sustainability, renewable energy, and innovation.What We OfferThe chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, future-oriented industry.Exposure to a broad spectrum of marketing activities — from strategy to execution.A collaborative, multi-cultural team passionate about renewable energy.Flexible work arrangements (with offices in Crissier or Solothurn, and work from home opportunities).Competitive compensation and potential for future career growth within the company.Plenty of opportunities for learning, creativity, and personal development.Ready to energize your career?
