Awarded one Michelin star, 16 Gault & Millau points, and a proud member of Grandes Tables de Suisse, we are committed to offering an intimate and elevated dining experience in a refined setting.Le principali RESPONSABILITA’ attribuite alla risorsa:– Oversee all F&B services, focusing on the Michelin-starred restaurant.
– Act as brand ambassador, nurturing strong guest relationships.
– Curate the wine list, manage the cellar, and execute expert pairings.
– Train, guide and inspire a team of 6 to deliver excellence and cohesion.
– Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure synergy and innovation.
– Ensure compliance with SLH, Forbes, hygiene and brand standards.Offriamo:

• Full time, long term employment contract
• Staff Housing NOT AVAILABLE

I REQUISITI essenziali per ricoprire la posizione:– Proven experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, preferably within 5*L hotels.
– Sommelier certification or strong wine knowledge.
– Dedication to luxury service, precision and guest satisfaction.
– Natural leader with hands-on approach and collaborative spirit.
– Fluency in English and Italian; German or French is a plus.
