Alba means sunrise in Italian, we aim to shed a new light on the outdated notion of pizza-craftmanship. We embrace Italian craftsmanship and have Italian and Neapolitan blood running through our veins, but don’t feel the need to conform to anyone’s rules to be considered authentic. Authenticity is subjective.We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable individual to join our team part-time (40% / ~16 hours per week). The role offers flexible contract options—either fixed-term or hourly—depending on mutual agreement. Preferred start: June or July 2025.Tasks🍕 Your mission

• You embody the ALBA Sourdough values: you adopt a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the guests, help your colleagues during service and adopt a « problem solver » attitude.
• Perform basic kitchen tasks, such as chopping, peeling, marinating, and portioning ingredients as directed.
• Engaging in two-way communication with the management team by effectively communicating needs, ideas, concerns to continuously improve ALBA.
• You will contribute to the smooth running of the cold section.
• Uphold ALBA’s standards by assisting colleagues during service and fostering a positive, team-focused environment.
• Handle dishwashing efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized workstation and supporting the flow of kitchen operations.
• You will contribute to the respect of hygiene standards within the kitchen.
• Help set up and clean down the kitchen before and after service, ensuring readiness for the next shift.

Requirements👀 What we are looking for (we hire on attitude first)

• Radiating smile
• Great energy, proactive attitude and team spirit
• Boundless passion for hospitality, pizza & italian-inspired cuisine
• Previous experience as a Dishwasher and Kitchen Assistant is a plus
• English intermediate, Italian would be a plus
• Willingness to learn, take on new responsibilities and grow with Mimo-Hospitality & ALBA Sourdough Pizza
