And now, with the corporate introduction out of the way, we’ll get to the point: we need you!What you will doTo further develop and improve our applications, we are seeking a software developer to join our Personal Finance & Health team. As part of a multinational Scrum team, you will be responsible for the conceptualisation, design, development, testing and review of the Comparis web applications. You will work in a .NET backend and a React frontend where you will solve interesting challenges in a variety of technologies. Working with Scrum you will actively participate in the shaping of the team and its ways of working inside the company wide Scaled Agile Framework.Our web development tech stack:Visual Studio & Visual Studio CodeReact/NextJS frontend using Typescript.NET backend using C#AzureMS SQL Database, Elasticsearch for indexingVersion control with GitHubKibana & Datadog for monitoringSoftware development in Scrum/SAFe using JiraDocumentation on ConfluenceSlack and Google Workspace for collaborationWhat we expect from youYou are curious about working on big web applications with a huge user baseYou know .NET and C# as well as React and Javascript and have worked with itYou are experienced in working with Azure or other cloud platformsYou understand Git as version control and you know JiraYou preferably understand other technologies and tools listed in our tech stackYou hold a degree in computer science and have 3-5 years of proven experience in software developmentYou are familiar with agile development methodologies like Scrum and understand the idea of outcome driven developmentYou are fluent in EnglishIn return, here is what you can expect from usAt Comparis, we believe that empowered employees deliver the best results.
