We’re all about understanding our customers’ needs and building intuitive UX and UI designs that truly engage—whether it`s in e-banking, our digital account opening app, or our advisory solutions for consultants.If you’re excited to make a real impact with your expertise, we’d love to see your application!What would your role be?Collaborate with UI design, development, and product management teams to craft innovative, user-centered UX concepts for our Private Banking digital channels, shaping the future of our digital customer experience.Take ownership of the process of creating prototypes and wireframes, testing concepts, and guiding them through to the final product.Lead and facilitate user research, analyze customer feedback and data, and uncover valuable insights into our customers’ needs.Drive the evolution of our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital solutions.Establish UX standards that inspire the team, sharing best practices and innovative approaches to elevate our digital experience.What are we looking for?Hold a degree or certification in User Experience, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.Bring at least five years of experience in UX design, particularly with complex applications.Use Figma confidently to create interactive prototypes and designs.Approach user-centered solutions thoughtfully and enjoy conducting user research.Have experience with design systems and know how to help them evolve.Bring experience in the financial industry as a bonus.Thrive in a team setting and clearly share your ideas and concepts with others.Speak German fluently and possess a good command of English.Approach your work with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and show strong initiative.What do we offer?Top Zurich location with collaboration spaces (including rooftop terraces) and free lunch.Friendly, diverse team in an open-office space with dancing walls.All the latest technology to help you excel and advance.Agile environment in how we think, the way we work and our trust for each other.Lots of special perks, including home office possibility up to 40%.Flat hierarchy with collaboration at all levels.Campus feeling and a collaborative spirit.We are looking for talented people, not just a CV that ticks all the boxes.
