We’re looking for an experienced Sr. Director of Platforms & Delivery Hubs to oversee cutting-edge commercial IT platforms, lead high-impact transformation projects, and optimize software delivery through AI-driven automation. • In charge of Commercial IT platforms (including agent frontend solutions), Digital engagement platforms for Sunrise and Sunrise Moments as well as Digital Innovation for Swiss-Ski
• Business ownership of DevSecOps, API Community Portal and software delivery automation/ standardization
• Business Ownership of IT transformation projects Microservices, COM, SOM and One Network Inventory
• Management of Platforms & Delivery Hubs cost center including budget planning and forecasting
• Oversight of the application Management of 7 domains; Digital, OMNI-Channel, Middleware/Microservices, BSS, COM/SOM, IT OSS, IT4DEV
• Oversight of the IT commercial platform delivery & operations and drive software delivery standardization and automation by leveraging AI
• Oversight of IT audits and SOX of software development for commercial IT platforms
• Oversight of IT vendor resource management (and SOWs of 700+ externals) as well as IT digital security platforms and WAF monitoring

Requirements:

• The successful candidate will have relevant university degree and in-depth experience in developing and delivering high quality software/ IT services and a demonstrable successful track record of hands-on leadership of design thinking
• 7+ years of IT leadership experience, demonstrating a hands-on and analytical mindset
• 7+ years of experience leading commercial IT platforms, with a deep understanding of modern IT and business architecture
• Relevant experience in Telecommunication industry, outsourcing and vendor management of the top 5 System Integrators
• Extensive experience working cross-functionally within a large scale, complex, data driven and technologically innovative organization
• Proven track record in software delivery management and automation, excellence in IT platform operations
• Solid track record of achieving objectives utilizing influencing skills with significant indirect dependencies both internally and externally
• Fluency in English is required; professional-level German is an advantage
