Human by nature.Assistant Manager Import Export operations – Your future position?As a vital member of the Planning team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our logistics and supply chain functions. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring the end to end processes of import and export. In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Planning Manager based in Ranjangaon, Pune.Sounds interesting? It could well be your perfect opportunity if, like us, you always aim to exceed customer needs, deliver value and are skilled at fostering strong relationships.In this exciting role, you will: Monitor the end to end process of Import and Exports Follow up with CHA for timely filling of Bill of Entry Apply online licenses related to imports of restricted products Coordinate with the factory for any import related activity Provide understanding of rules and regulations of customs and define them during import custom clearance Provide guidelines before importing any new product Drive savings initiative for Logistics Drive projects related to process improvements Ensure timely delivery and unloading for local materials Your profile includes: 4+ years of experience in import and export processes of similar industries Degree in a related field Fluency in English Good understanding of Supply Chain Management & Logistics Proficiency in EXIM, custom clearance processes, CHA management, FSCCAI, Regulatory and documentation handling Strong analytical and communication skills for effective collaboration across organisational levels.
