Human by nature.Transport Representative (m/w/d) -Your next role ?As a Transport Representative (m/w/d), you will directly report to our Hiring Manager and you will join our team in Vernier. You will coordinate and execute Outbound Shipments until shipment departure. You will be in charge of transport and Export set of Documents, but also support Inbound process on request.Sounds interesting? It could well be your perfect opportunity if, like us, you always aim to exceed customer needs, provide value and are experienced at promoting relationships.In this exciting role you will : Support site transportation Manager/ Team Leader on daily operations ; Coordinate and perform shipping of products, pick-up times and carriers to meet required shipping date ; Liaise with Quality Control, Customer Care Front Office, Planning to ensure shipment happens as per schedule ; Monitor data entry of shipment information into SAP shipping module and activate billing upon confirmation of delivery ; Support accuracy of data in shipments to allow efficient execution of E2E process and reporting ; Issue and collate all required Transport/Export set of Documents (including sending to Customer and external party) ; Monitor compliance of all documentation with transport regulations ; Maintain records / archive of import and export shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements ; Collaborate with Customs/TA : Ensure compliance with export regulations and inspections conducted by certification firms, work in conjunction with TA and custo123Suisse broker(s) to ensure all required custo123Suisse clearance procedures and documentation are compiled within time ; Participate in projects including Global Business Solution ; Stay informed on local import/export regulation changes ; Coordinate release of transport invoices, identify payment discrepancies and prevents invoicing errors ; Manage transport complaints in collaboration with Global Business Solution in due time and implement corrective action if on site ; Assist with internal and external audits related to transport ; Follow or support all customer-specific requirements given by Customer Care ; Work in close collaboration with the Global Business Solution Road transportation hub and 4PL to anticipate any change in activity or shipments (ie. site closure, predictable spikes etc.) ; Ensure optimized flows related to transport and distribution on site ; Support Inbound documentation process, inbound custo123Suisse ; Handle outbound documentation (LC/ legalization..).
