H55 is composed of highly experienced engineers, entrepreneurs and managers and is seeking like mind talented professionals who understand how to couple creativity and innovation with technical and business considerations.Your RoleThe Head of Sales, Customer Programs & Product Management is a key role leading three critical areas and teams. Responsible for overseeing our Sales initiatives and Strategy in support of the Company’s overall business plan and targets, developing and growing customer programs and managing key relationships with customers and prospective customers in the aerospace, aviation and electrification industries and leading the product road map management to ensure market share and profitable revenue growth for the Company.ResponsibilitiesSales ManagementEffectively develop, implement, and communicate the Company’s sales strategy, goals and progressManage the sales demand within H55, from Design and Test through to Production, delivery and into service.Increase the Company’s territory coverage and network, engage, and participate with industry organizationsProvide overall market analysis and customer prospects, analyzing technical and business needs of customersResponsible for developing, managing and growing the sales B2B and Key Account sales pipelineResponsible for leading request for proposals, pricing strategy and structuring offersProvide deep functional expertise in the industry and marketplace with knowledge of ongoing market trends and opportunities.Customer Program ManagementLead customer relationship management including customer contacts, key account managementProvide customers with service, support and improvement opportunities to increase their consumption of a product or service, and maximize retentionResponsible for overseeing and aligning the execution of the various customers’ programsOversee projects within the customer programs, ensuring product compatibility and alignment with company goalsResponsible for planning, aligning resources, and managing relationships with different stakeholders in the company in line with customer needsProduct ManagementAnalyze market data, oversee and manage the product roadmap as well as product life cycleDevelops and executes product strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and market needs that drives innovation and differentiationCollaborates with leadership team including Chief Technology Officer to define product vision, goals and prioritiesDefine product requirements, features and priorities, effectively communicating them to design and development teamsPlan, forecast, and market H55 products, ensuring the products delivers against defined key performance indicators and metrics to measure product performance and inform decision-makingDrive cross-functional collaboration across product management, engineering, design, marketing and other teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business goals.Experience and QualificationsExtensive sales management, customer program and product management experience in the aerospace industry is mandatory with small or large aircraftExperience in new product introduction, particularly in electrification, would be highly desiredA proven track record of developing a sales/commercial strategy and delivering on sales targetsDemonstrated ability to develop and grow professional customer relationships and pipelineProven leadership competencies at a senior levelAbility to effectively manage multiple projects, requirements and competing demandsBachelor’s degree required; Masters/MBA degree in an engineering or technical field preferredAbility to work with fast commercially growing small technology companies where product and technology offerings still need to be proven and illustrated on a mass scale within the industry.Your ProfileThe ideal candidate is a strategic thinker while being hands-on in a small, start-up/scale-up environment.
