The company’s short-term priorities include building up out of engineering team, putting into place production facilities, and creating a north American subsidiary.At H55, you will work with a very forward-looking team who are changing the paradigms of air transportation. H55 is composed of highly experienced engineers, entrepreneurs and managers and is seeking like mind talented professionals who understand how to couple creativity and innovation with technical and business considerations.Your RoleReporting to the CFO , you will play a key role in providing the tools and support needed to accelerate accounting and internal control activities.Your main responsibilities will be:Take ownership of accounting activities and ensure accuracy and efficiency.Prepare quarterly closing and financial reporting including consolidation of multiple entitiesLead yearly financial audit process including liaison with external parties (e.g. auditors)Support yearly budget process and budget revisions, including coordination with cost center managersSupport business finance initiatives such as:Product costing deployment & updatesRFP/RFQ and pricing proposalsCost reduction initiatives & cash runway extensionFinancial Business Plan updateYourprofile andexperienceAt least 5 years’ experience in Financial Controlling, Audit, Financial Reporting, large accounting firm experience is a real plus.Bachelor or Master’s degree Accounting, Finance or EconomicsAccounting qualification completed or in progress (ACCA, CPA, Brevet Fédéral)Excellent knowledge of Swiss GAAP, knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP is a strong assetStrong analytical- and business acumen skills, with ability to prioritize, manage time effectively and multi-taskExcellent communication skills, verbal an written with ability to prepare reports and present informationThrive in a fast pace start-up environmentAutonomous and solution orientedExcellent command of MS office with advanced skills in ExcelExperience in operating an ERPFluent in both French and English, any other language is a plusWhat we offerAn amazing work Location in Sion, Valais in the heart of Swiss Alps.A highly dynamic and multicultural environment where you can grow and learn by working on ambitious challenges to shape the future of Electric Aviation.H55 is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all qualified individuals regardless of nationality, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation or age.
