Youll manage cloud infrastructure and CI/CD automation to scale intelligent solutions globally.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelinesAutomate deployment and provisioning using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar toolsManage infrastructure on AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, etc.)Optimize infrastructure performance, uptime, and costBuild and maintain secure, scalable pre-production and production environmentsEnsure high availability of critical servicesCollaborate with development teams to align on performance and scalability needsMonitor logs and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or DatadogImplement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormationWrite scripts in Python, Bash, or Go to support automation workflowsApply security best practices in cloud and access managementImprove compliance and system resilience(Bonus) Support Azure cloud services(Bonus) Use config management tools like Ansible, Chef, or PuppetBenefits:Flexible work model: 2 days remote/weekChoose between CDI or freelance collaborationWork on high-impact projects at the intersection of AI and emotion techJoin a collaborative and passionate teamAutonomy and responsibility in a key technical roleOffice in central Geneva with modern tools and agile cultureOpportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud and DevOps technologiesFast-paced environment with real ownershipContinuous learning and innovation at the coreReal impact on the scalability and reliability of core systemsYou’re a DevOps enthusiast who thrives on automation, optimization, and scalable cloud systems.Profile criteria:Must: Minimum 3 years of experience in a DevOps or Infrastructure roleMust: Proficient in AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS…)Must: Strong CI/CD experience using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CIMust: Skilled in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestrationMust: Familiar with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)Must: Comfortable with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog)Fluent in English, both written and spokenAutonomous, detail-oriented, and proactiveSolid scripting abilities (Python, Bash, Go is a plus)Security-focused with a sense of ownership and accountabilityTeam player with excellent communication skillsBonus: Experience with AzureBonus: Familiar with configuration tools like Ansible, Chef, or PuppetRecruitment process:Application & resume screeningTechnical interview (DevOps + scripting challenge)Culture & team fit discussionFinal interview and offerIf infrastructure automation, performance, and innovation excite you-let’s build the future together!
