Product Operations is a critical function within the Product organization that ensures business orientation, discipline, and better decision making. As part of a team-based organization, your contributions will significantly impact the growth of our business via Sonar’s “collective intelligence” mindset.nWhat You Will Do Daily:Work with Product leadership on strategic initiativesLead key pricing and packaging initiatives, defining list pricing, discount policies, and packaging structure for our most important productsDrive process improvement within the Product Management organizationDefine and implement the Executive Review cadence, ensuring effective alignment of the Product organization with the overall company vision / strategy and the rest of the functions (e.g. e.g. Marketing, Sales)Be an advisor to your assigned Product Management teamThe Experience You Will Need:5+ years of combined experience between Management Consulting / strategic roles and Tech industry roles, preferably with Product Operations or Product ManagementHands on experience with pricing, packaging, product launches and NPI processes in Enterprise softwareFamiliarity with the Cloud and SaaS industriesPassion for software products and the underlying technologyTeam player with a can-do attitude able to navigate a matrixed organizationStrong analytic, problem solving, and leadership skillsExceptional communication skills with fluency in English, both written and spokenWhy You Will Love It Here:Our culture and mission set us apart. La mission principale de la personne sélectionnée sera d’assurer lespratiques d’ingénierie concourante, au sein des projets Produit, entre le Bureau d’Etudes et l’Industrialisation. Vos responsabilités :Planifier les études conjointes entre le Bureau d’Etude et l’Industrialisation pour assurer une progressivité optimale dans l’engagement des activités d’industrialisation.Piloter la convergence métier entre les exigences techniques et industrielles.Promouvoir les compromis et arbitrages entre le Bureau d’Etude et l’Industrialisation.Gérer les configurations résultantes dans l’environnement PLM.Orienter la conception des études de tolérancement puis valider les résultats de calcul.Faire réaliser les maquettes numériques d’industrialisation Produit, en sécurisant la continuité numérique à l’interface Bureau d’Etude-Industrialisation.Garantir au client le contenu des maquettes numériques d’industrialisation Produit. Votre profil :Vous avez un diplôme d’Ingénieur HES/EPF avec une orientation mécanique/conception.Vous avez une expérience professionnelle en conception et pilotage ingénierie, dans un environnement industriel exigeant.Vous maîtrisez le langage normalisé ISO-GPS géométrique et dimensionnel.Des connaissances métier sur le périmètre industrialisation seraient un plus.Vous avez une forte aptitude à la négociation, assertivité et diplomatie, et êtes force de proposition.Vous avez une facilité d’adaptation et un bon esprit d’équipe.Vous avez des compétences en leadership.
