This means implementing massively scalable services, automating all system operations, measuring, and continuously improving the services and cloud deployment processes.nWhat You Will Do Daily:Be the technical lead for the company’s AWS Organizations in the scope of infrastructure, network and securityDesign, deploy, and manage secure scalable and reliable services policies and standardsLead the extension of the cloud infrastructure network keeping it secure and ZTA compliant securing that the traffic is inspected, monitored and controlledOrganize the cloud engineering squad’s agenda, Jira project tasks and priorities aligned with the business needsBe the AWS Identity Access Management advisor and policy lead administratorContinuously and proactively enhance the architecture design and implementation, taking into account performance, disaster recovery, and costsCollaborate with various stakeholders (CIO, Data team, Release engineering, etc.) to make sure solutions fit into the Sonar ecosystemOwn testability of the infrastructure (deploy, validate, tear-down)Take planned steps to ensure that all platforms and capabilities operate within a given region and account limits to ensure scalabilityDedicate effort to improve resilience and scalability tests in performance environments to stay ahead of growth inhibitorsParticipate in AWS Well-Architected Reviews and Trusted Advisor findings resolutionDocument as-is and future state solutions to ensure evergreen documentation is maintainedDocument and share reusable building blocksThe Experience You Will Need:5+ years of experience with AWS implementations and automating deploymentsProd-oriented, AWS Cloud background, and belief in having DevOps profiles working together as a tightly-knit teamAWS Solutions Architect certification with a similar level of expertise in Azure and GCP which is a big plusSolid experience with architecture: experience with delivering cloud-native applications, architecture modeling, and implementation on AWSStrong understanding of software development practices: quality, testing (unit, functional, and resilience), and CI/CDCompTIA Network+ certification or equivalent cloud or on-prem experience level in network concepts, implementation and operationsStrong experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or AWS CDK python libraryExcellent verbal and written communication and presentation skillsWith attention to detail, but also operating at scale you demonstrate analytical thinking to resolve problemsTeam player, receiving and giving feedback as well as sharing knowledge.Can-do attitude: challenging status quo, leading and contributing to key improvements and innovations.Motivated by both technical and functional aspects of services, you understand the value of code over presentations and see yourself as an engineer at heartComfortable with agile practices and principles and to organize team work in sprintsWhy You Will Love It Here:Our culture and mission set us apart. Contribute unique and high-quality insights towards different Forum/external platforms (on/offline)Engagement (30%): Act as the Forum’s ambassador in the region and the region’s advocate within the Forum, adding regional context to global issues and implementing relevant initiatives for regional impact. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio composed of some of India’s largest and most relevant companies across industries including energy, health & healthcare, financial services, information technology, mobility, collaborating with corporate executives to determine and deliver on year-round engagement plans. Overall, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to fundamentally shape the quality of engagement of the World Economic Forum’s partner portfolio in India.Reporting Lines and InteractionsThe Partner Lead (account manager) will report into Head of Business Engagement – India & South Asia. Internally, the successful candidate will work with colleagues from various Government,Centre,Industryand Servicing teams, and externally with a range of business executives and experts.Key Responsibilities:Build, strengthen, and expand strategic relationships with top-tier business partners.Design and execute high-impact engagement strategies with Forum activities aligned with partner business objectives.Deliver industry insights and actionable thought leadership that empower business leaders to make informed strategic decisions.Collaborate closely with colleagues to develop targeted country and industry engagement strategies by identifying key stakeholders, emerging market trends, and business opportunities to drive impactful partnerships.Key Performance Indicators:Ability to cultivate and sustain executive-level relationships.High partner retention, engagement, and satisfaction scores.Preferred Requirements and ExperienceMaster’s degree in a relevant field of studyExperience working in India, and a strong understanding of the current regional economic landscape in South Asia, particularly India, with proficiency in analysing complex industry issues and in synthetizing appropriate recommendations to senior management7+ years of professional experience in the private sector, with experience in an industry: energy, mobility, professional services, financial services and in account management, sales, consulting roles.Excellent communication skills and command of English and at least one South Asian languageProficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Excel, Word, CRMMotivated team player who enjoys working in a highly collaborative and dynamic environmentAble to respond appropriately to high-level demands under pressureAble to travel up to 50% of the timePassion for driving meaningful impact in global business and policy.Why work at the Forum:The Forum believes that progress happens by bringing together people from all walks of life who have the drive and the influence to improve the state of the world by building awareness and cooperation, shaping mindsets and agendas, and driving collective action.
