Rejoignez un environnement dynamique avec des conditions de travail modernes.TâchesGérer l’équipe et assurer la conformité aux normes de sécurité.Développer la stratégie d’approvisionnement en lien avec les objectifs de l’entreprise.Analyser la performance des fournisseurs et améliorer les processus.CompétencesMaster en ingénierie ou management avec 5 ans d’expérience en approvisionnement.Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais et du français.Compétences en communication écrite et orale.Your ResponsibilitiesIn this position, you hold both managerial and operational responsibility for the « Procurement » department,You are responsible, for the employees in your department, for the implementation and compliance with rules regarding workplace safety, health protection, and environmental standards.You are responsible of the development and implementation of the strategy for the « Procurement » department, considering the objectives of the company as well as the « Purchasing » department.You define procurement strategies (usage / parameters / inventories),You ensure the supply of parts for the Internal Combustion Engine Business Unit, from manufacturing to assembly,You oversee performance indicators and stock management,You analyze turnover rates at suppliers and monitor the continuous improvement measures put in place,You present your results to Management and stakeholders,You are a driver of change and improvements necessary for the efficiency of the procurement function,You participate in internal procurement projects and/or group-wide initiatives.Your profileYou hold a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or an equivalent field,You have at least five years of experience in Industrial Procurement or Supply Chain,You have prior experience in team management,You are fluent in French and English.
