Als Mitarbeiter/in im Synthesepiloten (Chemical Operator Synthesis Pilot Plant) tragen Sie massgeblich zur technischen Bearbeitung der Entwicklungspipeline von Syngenta bei und sind an der Entwicklung und Erprobung neuer Verfahren beteiligt. Im Dreischichtsystem stellen Sie chemische Zwischenprodukte und Aktivsubstanzen her und stellen sicher, dass die Produkte termingerecht und in benötigter Qualität abgeliefert werden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Herstellung von chemischen Zwischenprodukten und Aktivsubstanzen gemäss Pilotvorschriften unter genauer Protokollierung von Beobachtungen und Prozesse

• Einhaltung geltender Health, Safety & Environment («HSE») Vorschriften und Risikoanalysen sowie vorbildliches Sicherheitsbewusstsein

• Bedienung von Anlagen sowohl manuell als auch über das Prozessleitsystem

• Zusammenstellung und Bereitstellung von Produktionsanlagen gemäss Vorgaben einer Pilotvorschrift

• Durchführen von Sicherheits-, Wartungs- und Kontrollarbeiten sowie einfacher Reparaturen und Revisionen

• Melden von Ereignissen, technischen Störungen und unsicherer Handlungen sowie Vorschlagen geeigneter korrektiver und präventiver Massnahmen

Deine Verantwortung

• Du entwickelst die Sortimentsstrategie von der Eigenmarke sowie Fremdmarke und setzt diese um.

• Du bist verantwortlich für die Sortimentsgestaltung, beobachtest die Konkurrenz und spürst neuste Trends auf.

• Zusammen mit dem Assistant Product Manager und den Lieferanten bist du für das fortlaufende Aktualisieren des Sortiments sowie das Erstellen von Planogrammen zuständig.

• Du führst Einkaufsverhandlungen und trägst die Verantwortung fürs Lieferantenmanagement.

• Du richtest dich voll und ganz nach der Zielerreichung in Bezug auf Budget, Umsatz, Marge und Lager aus.

• Du arbeitest intensiv mit den Warenhäusern sowie den Bereichen e-Commerce und Marketing zusammen, um die bestmögliche Kommunikation der Produkte sowie Kampagnen sicherzusellen.

Dein Profil

• Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie eine betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung mit Schwerpunkt Einkauf.

• Du bringst zwingend einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Beschaffung oder im Einkauf mit.

• Du hast zwingend Erfahrung im Bereich Textil und/oder Home Textil.

• Du setzt Prioritäten richtig, arbeitest strukturiert und bist belastbar.

• Du ergreifst gerne die Initiative und fühlst dich in einem dynamischen, abwechslungsreichen Umfeld wohl.

Client Project Manager – Life Sciences
From Kickoff to Completion – You’re the Key to Project Success
Your Role

• Lead and coordinate customer projects within the CRO/CDMO environment from start to finish

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and promote customer satisfaction through professional, solution-oriented communication

• Align project goals and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders

• Monitor timelines, budgets, risks and overall progress to ensure successful project execution

• Manage and maintain project documentation and data in internal systems

• Ensure compliance with contracts, quality standards (GMP), and internal processes

• Track and report KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences (or a related field), with relevant experience in project management in a life science organization or a similar role

• Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term, trust-based customer relationships

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong commercial awareness and a solution-oriented mindset

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive global collaboration

• Deep understanding of analytical drug development, clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements and industry standards
