Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related studies

• Preferably several years of experience in HSE role, including exposure to chemical/laboratory environments

• Demonstrated experience implementing HSE programs and managing risks

• Experience with safety management systems and audit processes

• Track record of influencing safety culture and driving behavioural change

• Proficiency in English

• Strong knowledge of HSE, HSE management systems and risk assessment methodologies

• Knowledge of chemical safety and hazardous materials management

• Understanding of relevant HSE legislation and compliance requirements

• Proficiency in incident investigation and root cause analysis

Deine Aufgaben

• Fachleute aus dem Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie verarbeiten Rohstoffe industriell zu Lebensmitteln.

• Während deiner Ausbildung erlernst du Verfahren wie das Mischen, Zerkleinern, Formen, Wärmebehandeln und Kühlen. Le quotidien
Le travail quotidien englobe l’emballage électronique, le câblage, l’analyse thermique jusqu’au niveau de jonction des composants, l’analyse structurelle et les tests de qualification.  Vous vous assurerez que la conception dispose des bonnes pièces, matériaux et conception d’interface afin que chaque module fonctionne comme prévu dans ses exigences environnementales et de performance.  Vous travaillerez directement avec un personnel diversifié comprenant l’ingénierie, la chaîne d’approvisionnement, la fabrication et l’assurance qualité pour gérer le développement du produit.
Ce dont vous aurez besoin

• Plus de 15 ans d’expérience en ingénierie de conception mécanique, y compris l’emballage électronique.

• Expérience en conception de pièces et d’assemblages 3D utilisant SolidWorks.

• Expérience dans la création et l’analyse de modèles dans des logiciels d’analyse thermique (Ansys, Thermal Desktop ou similaire).

• Gestion complète des relations avec le client (PME) en tant que point de contact unique

• Développement et mise en œuvre ciblés d’approches de vente stratégiques auprès de nos clients existants par le biais d’activités de cross-selling et d’upselling, ainsi que l’acquisition autonome de nouveaux clients

Role purpose

The position focuses on studying and utilizing chemical signals both below and above ground to optimize crop performance. The work involves applying chemical-microbial ecological approaches to uncover new mechanisms in how plants respond to biotic and abiotic stresses. The role includes collaborating with other teams on meta-omics initiatives and deepening our understanding of rhizospheric microbial structures and functions, particularly in relation to chemical signals. • Designing and building new critical plant-soil-microbiota testing systems to study the chemical communication belowground

Qualifications

• PhD in chemical microbial ecology or , metabolomics and/or analytical chemistry and/or soil biology/plant nutrition

• Fluency in English; German is advantageous

• Experience in large data analysis and quantification of natural molecules

• Experience in data-mining and combinations of different « omics » source

• Metabolomics/ microbiome expertise, experience in study design and implementation of plant/soil metabolomic investigation, particularly around root exudates.

• Familiar with the major approaches to study behaviour of chemicals in soil as transport and transformation processes.

• Familiar with the below ground plant nutrition processes and root functionality

• Familiar with microbial ecology investigations

• Proven skills to work at different investigation scales from lab to the field.

• Mastering wide range of analytical MS equipment

Ihr Profil

Erfahrung: Sie bringen Führungserfahrung sowie betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse mit, zeichnen sich durch Ihr Organisationstalent und eine vorausschauende Planung aus.
Persönlichkeit: Sie verfügen über Eigeninitiative, Belastbarkeit und die Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit im Schichtbetrieb an Abenden, Wochenenden und Feiertagen. Ihre aufgestellte Art und gute Umgangsformen widerspiegeln Ihre positive Einstellung für den Sport.
Ausbildung: Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung EFZ in einem handwerklichen Beruf, vorzugsweise im Grünbereich (Gärtner/in, Landwirt/in). Ein PW-Führerausweis wird vorausgesetzt. Zudem können Sie problemlos mit den gängigen IT-Anwendungen umgehen.
Sprache: Sehr gute Kenntnisse der französischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend notwendig. Eine einwandfreie, stilsichere Kommunikation in deutscher Sprache rundet Ihr Profil ab.

Der Bereich Jugend, Familie und Sport des Erziehungsdepartements Basel-Stadt betreut ein grosses Themengebiet rund um Kinderbetreuung, Kinder- und Jugendhilfe, frühe Förderung und Sport. Er informiert und unterstützt Kinder, Jugendliche und an der Erziehung Beteiligte und setzt sich für qualitativ gute, staatliche und private Angebote ein. • Accompagnement de 10 à 13 enfants de 3 mois à 5 ans.

• Soutien au développement individuel dans le quotidien des enfants.

• Collaboration étroite avec les parents et le personnel éducatif.

• Formation en tant que Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung requise.

• Compétences en leadership et capacité à travailler en équipe.

• Empathie et compétences sociales dans l’interaction avec les enfants.

Ce que vous pouvez accomplir

• Accompagnement de 10 à 13 enfants âgés de 3 mois à 5 ans

• Accompagnement des enfants dans leur quotidien et promotion de leur développement individuel

• Soutien à l’ensemble de l’équipe de garde avec engagement et autonomie

• Encadrement des stagiaires et des apprentis FaBe

• Collaboration étroite avec les parents

• Soutien à la direction de la crèche dans la gestion et l’organisation de l’équipe

• Prise de responsabilités pour des tâches spécifiquement déléguées dans le cadre de la direction par intérim de la crèche

• Remplacement de la direction de la crèche pendant son absence

Ce que vous apportez

• Formation achevée en tant que spécialiste de la garde d’enfants ou qualification équivalente reconnue

• Formation de formateur professionnel achevée (obligatoire)

• Formation tertiaire dans le domaine pédagogique, par exemple HF en pédagogie de l’enfance (obligatoire)

• Expérience solide ainsi que plaisir et enthousiasme pour le travail pédagogique avec les enfants

• Compétences en leadership marquées et capacité à travailler en équipe
