With our global reach combined with a pragmatic and personalized approach, we effectively support both professionals and organizations in achieving their goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, deploy, and optimise Cisco-based network solutions (routers, switches, wireless controllers, etc.)Monitor the network proactively using Cisco monitoring tools and ensure high availabilityHandle incidents, analyse root causes, and provide advanced troubleshootingEnsure compliance with security standards and organisational policiesMaintain accurate technical documentation (configurations, diagrams, procedures, reports)Contribute to network upgrade projects: hardware refresh, IOS upgrades, and integration of new Cisco technologiesRequired Skills & QualificationsMandatoryBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Network EngineeringActive Cisco CCNA certification (must-have)Minimum 4 years of experience in network administration or engineering within a Cisco-focused environmentStrong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI model, VLANs, subnetting, EIGRP, OSPF, BGPHands-on experience with Cisco switching (Catalyst, Meraki)Experience with Cisco wireless environments (WLC, Access Points)Proficiency with Cisco monitoring tools (e.g., Cisco Catalyst Center)Understanding of 802.1X Network Access ControlSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesClear verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and within cross-functional teamsWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with modern and business-critical network infrastructuresTechnically stimulating environment with high autonomyStable and structured Swiss working environmentRoom for technical growth and exposure to advanced Cisco solutionsDon't hesitate to contact me direclty on LinkedIn !
